The intention of this digital media exploration is to find, explore, and create the different types of digital media that we learnt about in class. It's purpose is to also teach us about ethically sharing/sourcing what we discover hands-on.

This image was found on Creative Commons. I had no idea Creative Commons even existed or that there was a place where users could publically share and copyright their work for free.
MP3
This is a snippet of one of the many songs I've made through the years. It's nothing serious and it's something that I enjoy doing in my free time. I'll be honest, I struggled for a minute trying to embed this audio file onto this ePortfolio until I realized I could add it to my Google Drive and create a link for the file that way. I wasn't exactly sure how to copyright this because although the lyrics and vocals are mine, the instrumental itself is from another song, so I just added copyright that allows noncommercial use and unadapative use only.

GIF
I was listening to Summer Walker while I was working on this assignment so I decided to add a GIF that includes the music video to her song "Girls Need Love". This GIF had no copyright that I could find, but it was uploaded on Tenor by the official Summer Walker page.
VIDEO
I enjoy watching reaction videos to movies, shows, songs, albums, music videos, etc. It's always interesting to hear the opinions of others and to see if I agree or disagree with the takes they have. This is one that I just watched this week. Specific copyright details were not available, but the video itself was made and published by Lakia Jai TV.
I learned what Creative Commons was and how helpful it is to credit others' work and to credit your own work. I also learned how to embed different types of media onto my ePortfoilo.
