He became a National Artist of the Philippines for Sculpture in 1973. Tolentino was a famous Filipino sculptor who graduated from the School of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines. Among his notable works are the famous "Bonifacio Monument" which symbolizes the cry of Filipinos for Freedom and "The Oblation" statue at the University of the Philippines Diliman, which showcases academic freedom and love for the country.
Ramon Orlina is a pioneered artist who uses glass as an artistic medium for expression in sculpture, together with his techniques and procedures in shaping his figures. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture & Fine Arts in 1965. His stunning works include Madonna and Child, Holy Family in Mediterranean Blue, and the bronze and glass sculpture "QuattroMondial" for the University of Santo Tomas.
Eduardo Castrillo was an artist prominent for all-metal massive monument artworks, such as the “People Power Monument” and the “Bonifacio and the Katipunan Revolution Monument”. Metal was his primary medium, particularly brass, bronze, and steel. Through the process of hammering, cutting, and welding, he transformed the materials into sculptures with the assistance of a group of assistants. In his artwork, he also included other materials such as wood, plastic, plexiglass, ivory, and neon lights.

Michael Cacnio is a brass sculptor who graduated from the College of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines Diliman. He began his professional career as a painter, but eventually discovered his passion in the art of sculpting brass. In his vast collection of work, Cacnio encapsulates Filipino traditions, customs, and contemporary realities, such as Magtataho, Mother and Child, and Banca, which are just a few of his stunning artworks.
