This talk contains an overview of global tropical storms, while the majority of this talk covers Atlantic and Florida hurricanes. Discover past hurricanes which affected the Villages, and why global hurricane activity is slowly decreasing. Learn about the hazards Villagers face and why central Florida is much safer than coastal living.

We have the room for two hours however the talks generally are for 35 to 50 minutes with questions afterward. A projector and microphone are provided and a computer can be provided although Most presentors bring their own. If you need help with a PowerPoint or creating graphics we can provide that for you.
