My name is Viktoria Hansen, and I am currently an OTA student at Salt Lake Community College, set to graduate in the Spring of 2025. One of my goals during this program is to find the OT setting that best fits me as a future OTP. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted my career to be something where I could help people and make a difference, but things like teacher and doctor didn't feel quite right. It wasn't until I learned about what occupational therapy was that I felt like  I knew what I wanted to do. For me, occupational therapy is a client-centered therapy that utilizes individuals' occupations to increase their quality of life.
