The World School Whitefield hosted an inspiring science project presentation titled “VIKASIT”, bringing together young innovators to showcase their creativity and scientific aptitude. The event revolved around diverse and socially relevant themes such as Green Energy, Health & Hygiene, Emerging Technologies, Sustainable Agriculture, Recreational Mathematical Modelling, Water Conservation & Management, and Waste Management & Alternatives to Plastics.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 126 teams, making it a vibrant platform for collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Three teams from our school actively participated and presented their ideas with great confidence and clarity.
We are proud to share that one of our teams, represented by Meghana Rajesh and Aradhya Singh of Grade 8, secured the 3rd place, winning a cash award of ₹20,000 for their innovative project titled “Walk2Watt”. Their project was widely appreciated for its creativity, practicality, and relevance to sustainable energy solutions.
All participating students were awarded certificates of participation, recognizing their efforts and encouraging them to continue exploring scientific innovations.
