For over three decades, Adivasi communities in Gudalur have worked to ensure that children enter school and remain connected to education. That effort has succeeded in opening doors. The challenge now is to transform what happens once children walk into classrooms.

Vidyodaya 2.0 represents this next step. By developing professional Adivasi educators who teach inside schools and remain rooted in their villages, the work seeks to strengthen learning in ways that are both academically sound and culturally grounded.

This is a long-term effort, shaped by community aspirations, experience, and reflection. It calls for partners who are willing to walk alongside this journey, investing not only in buildings and programmes, but in people, continuity, and trust.
