Learning Quality Gap

While enrollment has been achieved, the quality of learning remains a persistent gap.

Much of the current work is outside classrooms. Para-teachers play an important bridging role, but they do not have the formal credentials to enter classrooms or influence what happens within them.

This gap becomes more visible as children move into high school. Many children struggle to continue, leading to dropouts despite years of effort to keep them connected to education. These limits have made it clear that ensuring access to school was not enough. 

What happens inside classrooms has become the central challenge.
