Reflection

Creating a survey within Canvas was pretty easy and straighforward. I had to play around with it to get the hang of it but it was easy to navigate after a few minutes. I created a survey that is a combination of multiple choice items and open-ended response questions. I wanted to get more authentic feedback by providing open-ended questions but also those take more time for a participant to fill in. It's better to balance multiple choice with open-ended to get good qualitative responses without making the survey overwhelming and time consuming for the responder. The information I gather in this survey is important to use to refine and edit this course and also to inform the design of future courses. I am especially interested in whether or not participants found the course to be relevant to their practice and whether they found it engaging.
