UPDATE: Balanced Emotions and Needs according to ages

I now edited Moods Weights, Mood buffs Decay, Needs Decay and Needs Fulfill with a more realistic style according to Sims' ages.

More Sadness and Less Happiness. Realistic proportions between Positive and Negative Emotions. Global LESS EXTREME Emotions.

UPDATE: Smarter Self-Care:

• Tuned down hunger autonomy a bit so Sims who stay at home all day have less auto meal

• Upload Autonomy for Plant Sims thirst and slower Need Decay for Vampire thirst

• Upload slower needs decay for Minor Needs (Thirst, Oral Hygiene, Hand Hygiene)
