Very Extreme: +7 hidden fine mood (x0.75 Happy)
Extreme: +5 hidden fine mood (x0.75 Happy)
Moderate: +3 hidden fine mood (x0.85 Happy) (recommended when using alone)
Subtle: +2 hidden fine mood (x0.75 Happy) (recommended using with my Balanced Life)
