A small tuning mod to lower the chance of using makeup and accessories in CAS randomizing Sims.
I also allow the maximum range of muscles and fatness in CAS mode to be 1 instead of 0.75.
You now won't need to manually remove all hideous accessories from a newly randomized Sim.

If you use CAS Gender Breast Option & Pregnancy Both by Maars, you need to download and use the ! package instead and use it with their mod. Put it directly in your Mod Folder!

Extract the downloaded zip and put the package you want DIRECTLY (for intersex flavor) or in less than FIVE folders deep (original flavor) in your Mod Folder. Do NOT keep the zip in your Mod folder!
Choose ONE flavor only from this mod:
!chingyu_BetterCASrandomization_Intersex if you use this mod with CAS Gender Breast Option & Pregnancy Both by Maars.
OR chingyu_BetterCASrandomization if not using Maars' mod.
