Maharshi Vasistha

IoT Lab

This Lab is dedicated to Maharshi Vasistha (or Maharishi Vasishtha), one of the oldest and most revered Vedic rishis or sages, who authored the "Saptarishi Mondal" (Mandala 7 of the Rigveda). His ideas have been influential and he was called the first sage of the Vedanta school of Hindu philosophy by Adi Shankara.

This Lab primarily researches the Internet of Things (IoT) that spreads to diverse areas such as Smart Wearables, Smart Agriculture, Smart Healthcare, Smart Energy, Smart Grid, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Transportation, Smart Water Supply Management, Smart Fleet Management, etc.

Extended research includes IoT Security and Privacy, Cloud Computing, and Edge Computing, etc., area.
