POPPY PLAYTIME

Still Playtime - A verse focused on the events of the factory and its inhabitants prior to the Hour of Joy. There is still order and joy to be had for most - though some still hold a secret resentment that burns deep within them. The experiments continue, and while the staff carry on in blissful ignorance there are many of their charges and subjects who are simply biding their time and awaiting the moment when they can strike back against those who have hurt them.

The Hour of Joy - A verse focused on the events that unfolded during the Hour of Joy and its immediate aftermath. Chaos erupts within the factory. Exits are sealed and there is no escape to be found. The Prototype has taken control and through its influence, the inhabitants of the factory strike back in a mass attack on all staff present. Those who do not cooperate are detained, imprisoned, and tortured into compliance. Even still, there remains small pockets of resistance here and there who understand that the slaughter brings no true joy: only suffering. 

Joy Forsaken - This verse focuses on the aftermath of the Hour of Joy years later. The dwindling food and resources has narrowed down the number of survivors significantly and created two factions: those who serve and those who survive. The Prototype retains controls of a cult-like following who maintain that he is their savior and has freed them from their torment as prisoners and test subjects. Any who oppose him are heretics and will be punished by his followers if caught. Those who do not serve him focus on survival or escape - with mixed results. It appears that only with outside help will these forsaken few ever see the light of day again.

The Farm Upstate - An AU focused on the toys after the events of the main games. Having saved as many of the remaining toys as she could, Angel defeats the Prototype and burns the factory to the ground. The survivors are taken with her via a stolen trailer truck up to her remote farm property a long way away from the horrors of the forsaken Playtime Co. factor. There, Angel and her toys live a quiet, comfortable life on a multi-acrage property knowing the sun on their skins and the grass under their feet - and more food than they could have ever imagined.
