Wildest Fantasies: A verse in which any muse with an animal form exists as an anthropomorphized version of that form. Muses who do not have a form by default will be assigned one.
Neon Fantasies: Tucked snugly up against the coast in the Southwestern part of Little Chinatown in Watson exists a part of Night city not marked on any map but well known by word of mouth. This pagecorner slum has done its best to pull itself back together after the dozens of wars it's seen come and go, and it has done decently in its goal to change with the times, as has the predominantly Mythic population that inhabits it. This is Little Zootown, known for having some of the only clean beaches but being rather run-down and industrial otherwise, and featuring a population of almost entirely non-humans. Notable landmarks include The Zoo; the Mythic equivalent of the Afterlife, backed by the famed Takemura Sisters and run by the local fixer of Little Zootown, Venus. If you plan on visiting for the waves or for the abundance of tasty foods, just be sure to steer clear of the sewers and anyone wearing mottled black, white, and sandy brown jackets. Those would be the Apex, the gang that claims Little Zootown as its turf and operates almost entirely out of the underground pipe network that hasn't been investigated or updated in decades.
Magic On The Dance Floor: Zoonity Township is located south of Martinaise. It's known as the Wild Side of Town or the Zoo. Like Martinaise, it’s a zone of control. However, neither the Union nor the corporations want control of it. Even though it’s better off overall - safer, cleaner, more stable, and well-repaired after the war - it was established by Mythics who now have their independence post-Revolution. As such, most humans choose to simply avoid the place and treat it as a no man’s land. While the Zoo is technically subjugated to Revacholian law, the reality is that it is self-governed. It has an elected mayor and town council that actually calls the shots. In recent years, Myths have begun branching out from the pagecorner into Martinaise and into other nearby places. But they mostly keep their heads down and their Mythic heritage a secret to blend in. Still, some places in Martinaise and around it are actually controlled by Myths that have managed to gain a foothold in the settlements beyond the Zoo.
Irradiated Fantasies: Prior to the Great War was the Mythic War - a conflict between Mythical creatures and humans. The Mythic War had long been over by the time the Great War commenced and Mythics were greatly integrated into society, contributing to many marvels and advancements of both science and engineering. However, many of their contributions were attributed to humans or often omitted entirely, as Mythics were still not completely accepted or viewed as equals on a social level. When the Great War began, Mythics were still drafted or even volunteered to engage in the fight and were heavily involved in a number of victories against enemy forces. However, due to the status quo being forcibly upheld by companies like Vault-Tec, when the bombs fell, both Mythic civilians and even Mythic veterans were excluded from entering human-designated vaults. Only a small few were either granted special exception or managed to slip by thanks to their more human-like appearance. It was by the grace of some other corporations such as Northstar and Clawdio Enterprises that a percentage of the Myth population had any vaults at all to use as shelter. As a result, casualties among Mythics were just as great as the human numbers— yet some still managed to survive in the end. After emerging from the vaults, most Mythics settled into creating their own small settlements for themselves away from humans, only making contact with them as lone mercs or in trading caravans. The world has always been populated by so-called Mythical creatures. The beasts and beings of legend once lived and worked alongside man. But that was a long time ago. Before the wars and the conflict where man deemed them too different and thus dangerous to be trusted. Since the end of the last war, Mythics have earned their place in the world once again. Though now they are more avoidant and secretive than they once were, anyone can find a Mythic anywhere if only they look hard enough. For legends never die. They simply adapt to survive the cruel tests of time. Some more subtly than others.
The primary setting of this verse is Zoonity Township. Though legally, it is its own town, the area is often referred to as a different part of a nearby human town/city. Colloquially, it is referred to as the Wild Side of Town or just the Zoo. The area is almost entirely populated by Mythics and is completely self-sufficient with its own mayor, town council, police department, restaurants, farms, ports, airports, hospitals, fire stations, emergency services, suburbs and city districts, and more. The larger human nation its located in has had many debates over whether or not the town could be considered a micronation.
Through The Magic Window: A verse in which a window cut by the Subtle Knife creates a junction between the world of fantasmal forces and all others. It's not uncommon for Myths of magic to stumble upon it by accident, but more often, it is sought out by those actively looking for it. Witches and beings seeking to know of higher powers are the main culprits. Yet on rare occasion, those from other worlds will find the window and venture into the world of fantasmal forces of their own accord.
Dust and Magic: A verse in which Mythics exist alongside the men with daemons. Much like in their main verse, Mythics tend to cluster in their own small areas due to previous historical conflicts - mainly with the Magisterium. They tend to wander in pairs, posing at men with daemons to avoid trouble where it may brew and practice their traditions in secret for fear of the Authority punishing them once again for their mere existence.
Fantasies in the Force: Having originally been spread throughout the galaxy as part of an independent and neutral world, the Mythics of a galaxy from long ago and far far away rose up against the Separatists from their home world of Fantasma. In the end, however, their victory was short-lived. The rise of the Empire led to the glassing of their home planet and a mass extinction event that took the lives of billions. The remaining survivors were once again scattered across the galaxy and forced to go into hiding. However, they have not lost hope, and are still biding their time for the opportunity to rid the galaxy of evil no matter what form it chooses to come in.
