Successfully conceived via artificial means on February 4th, 1962, Subject 6 would be born nine months later on November the 5th of the same year. The sixth member of the first iteration of the first series of clones created by Wolfgang Otto Ort-Meyer in his experiment to create the perfect assassin, high hopes were placed upon young Lucas. He was among the first and few to survive the process of being brought into the world and genetic testing saw that, physically, he was a successful product of the methods and qualities Ort-Meyer had been looking for in a potential assassin. Increased intelligence, faster reaction speed, superior physical prowess, strength, endurance, agility, hyper-regenerative healing and resilience, and uncanny instinct that rivaled momentary clairvoyance of a situation, Lucas would prove to be the first major success lending credibility to Ort-Meyer’s project - and his methods. However, though physically the pinnacle of a perfect assassin, being among the first meant that Ort-Meyer’s methods of psychological conditioning had yet to be developed.
From the moment he could understand what was happening, Lucas proved headstrong and rebellious. He frequently attacked staff, attempting to defend the other clones from what he viewed as unjust punishment for minor indiscretions. Of all the clones, he had a particular attachment to Subject 47 after assuming the role of being his caretaker. Notes written by Ort-Meyer implied that at one time, Six had been a rather gentle and protective clone, offering to help his siblings when needed and being incredibly selfless and generous. However, due to the harsh conditions he was raised in to be an assassin, this kindness and altruism was buried under a quickly-developed tolerance for pain and disdain for his captors. Ever the daring and impulsive one (yet unfortunately, never the best at planning, he and 47 managed to escape from the Institute, and found themselves at a small farming community, where they were taken in by an unnamed woman and her family. Thinking they might finally be safe, their hopes were dashed when, the next morning, they woke up to gunshots. Their "warden" had found them, slaughtered everybody they had been in contact with, and the brothers were forced to watch as the woman and her family were shot last.
Returned to the facility despite their fighting and struggling, they surrendered themselves hoping to stop the carnage and were unsuccessful. However, the experience ultimately did little more than stoke the flames of fury and hatred growing in his heart. As the instigator, it was expected that Lucas be killed. However, Ort-Meyer did not want to destroy one of his first and best successes. And so, when approached by the Constant Janus, Ort-Meyer lied and stated that Lucas had been killed. He watched as 47 attempted to lash out at the Constant and was choked before being thrown back. He comforted his brother after he was returned to their room and the two made a blood pact to destroy Providence, the Institute, and anyone else who had ever hurt them.
As the years passed, 47 and 6 continued to plan their insurrection against Ort-Meyer in secret, all the while conducting missions on behalf of Providence, such as killing a pair of beneficiaries. After undertaking off-the-books missions in Pripyat and East Berlin to help aid toward undermining Ort-Meyer, they finally put one of their plans into action. However, Ort-Meyer had been prepared for a day when his children might rebel against him. As 47 and 6 executed a plan to escape, they were pinned down and rapped behind a table in the cafeteria by Ort-Meyer's elite soldiers. During the gunfight, when it looked like there was no way out, 47 insisted that 6 escape and live his own life. 6 insisted that he would not abandon his brother but 47 refused to let them both be recaptured. And so, 6 did. He promised 47 that he would come back for him, barely managing an escape and taking with him the guilt of knowing that he had failed to protect and keep his promise to the one person that mattered most to him - even as he took on the new identity of Lucas Grey.
In the 1990s, Grey became a mercenary for various organizations and participated in conflicts around the world, including the "Black Wasp" Yugoslavia Paramilitary Resistance and "Executive Results" group conducting paramilitary operations in Africa. He also fought in the Chechnya conflict around this time, and in 2002, met his future chief hacker, a young Olivia Hall, during the Sierra Leone Civil War. It was due to his actions that Olivia, then only a child, was left a war orphan. Unable to stifle his conscience, he took her in as his own, becoming her adoptive father and raising her as he moved around the world doing various illicit jobs and trying to give her the most normal upbringing he could/ In the mid-2000s, he was a Munitions Training Associate for the Central America division of "Coastal Products," and would become head of CICADA's on-the-ground operations for their Middle East and Horn of Africa division until roughly 2013. Following this, he was promoted and employed as head of security and bodyguard for Milton-Fitzpatrick CEO, Eugene Cobb. After he discovered that Cobb was a Providence operative however, he realized that he could not run forever and decided to wage a war against Providence in an act of vengeance against all they have done. His first target was Cobb, whom he killed on his private jet somewhere over the Pacific and acquired his former employer's "key" to a secret Providence vault containing an archive of all their assets and operatives. It was around this time that Olivia, who had started dabbling in only cyber-hacktivism, began pushing into his work and became his right hand in data siphoning, profiling, surveillance, and intelligence. With her help, he began his vendetta against Providence, amassing a militia consisting of mercenaries, ex-soldiers, and other criminals in addition to forming an alliance with the internationally renowned Delgado drug cartel, which he used for undetectable transportation and smuggling. All the while, Grey has kept a close eye on 47's career. Knowing of his existence and his M.O, he was able to link together several deaths that were either unsolved or were assumed to have been accidents and used them to get a lead on his brother in hopes of contacting him once again, restoring his memory, and fulfilling the pact they made so long ago.
Intimidating, blunt, callous, and brutal, Lucas Grey is well-known in the criminal underworld as a ruthless and calculating militia leader with a penchant for causing chaos. Though unknown to the wider public, his involvement in various conflicts is well-documented through rumors and whispers by those his militia even tangentially works with. Despite the infamy of his reputation, those who work with him - such as the Delgado Cartel - note that Grey’s tactics, while brutal, are undoubtedly efficient. He has the numbers, the knowledge, and the resources to do what is requested of him. Additionally, Grey is known to be a reliable business partner. He keeps to his word and delivers results at a fair price for what he deals in. This has earned him a wide range of connections, only making his presence more imposing. Adding to this is the fact that his militia remains hidden and mobile through incredibly discrete means, as well as the fact that he has allies everywhere, making Lucas the deadly lead wolf of the deadliest wolf pack to ever scale the globe.
Despite his deadly and brutal methods, Grey attempts to avoid harming innocent parties and seeks to keep collateral damage from his operations to a minimum, lest he become just as bad as those he sought to punish. Nevertheless, some of his operations certainly resulted in collateral losses to civilians, first with the engineered disappearance of Eugene Cobb's entire private plane and its crew. In addition, Grey has been forced to rely on allies and subordinates who do not necessarily share his concern for innocent life. For example, militia lieutenant Alma Reynard and her mercenaries kidnapped, tortured and executed an innocent couple in order to impersonate them so that the militia could get nearer to a target. He enlisted the help of Sean Rose, whom he placed in charge of operations of the Colorado militia cell, despite Rose's brutal methods leading to him being considered a "fanatic" and a "monster" by fellow militia members Ezra Berg and Penelope Graves respectively. He also allied with the murderous Delgado Cartel, which he used for transportation and smuggling. Finally, his attacks on major buildings and densely populated areas certainly resulted in inevitable deaths among armed security personnel, some of whom were probably unaware of Providence and its corrupt nature. For his various associations and crimes, Lucas is often labeled as a terrorist - a label which he does not reject. For all intents and purposes, Lucas is transparent about the fact that he is not a saint and that his ends do not justify his means. He understands and agrees with the idea that he is a monster. And he embraces that fact wholeheartedly with the thought that it takes a monster to kill other monsters.
Even still, Lucas’ gruff nature and persona only extend so far. Though a cold, calculating professional quite literally bred for the task of murder, Grey did not undergo the extensive treatments designed to suppress memories and human emotions like 47. Due to this, Grey is shell-shocked by what happened to him under Ort-Meyer, and carries the weight of the things he has done. His humanity and his conscience remain painfully intact, much to his chagrin - a fact he is well aware of. Grey feels everything he has ever done in Providence's name and in his own, and he holds an immense amount of guilt, regret, anger, and sadness not just with Providence, but also himself. Especially when it comes to 47. He remembers vividly the torture 47 had been put through for Providence, even when Lucas tried to defend him, and it has been the driving motivator that has caused him to wage a war against the Partners. Additionally, Lucas fights because he fears for the safety of Olivia. Knowing that they have come this far in their fight against the shadow corporation, he knows that Olivia would be a prime target of theirs, and he refuses to let such a thing happen to his daughter. Though he tries to push the thoughts of self-loathing aside and masks it well, Lucas is intensely self-critical and self-deprecating. He despises what he is, what he was made to be, and what he has become. With no healthy outlets to express himself given his position, he often pushes himself to self-destruction as a coping mechanism, be that through intense alcoholic binging, exercising until he physically in pain, or smoking until he burns himself.
Yet, beyond the hatred and the vengeance and intense self-hatred and guilt, still there lies something kinder. The remnants of the soft, gentle, loving, and caring child he once was still persist in him even now. Grey is intensely sentimental. He dedicates himself to his loved ones and their protection above all else. He is careful not to let his ambitions jeopardize those closest to him. He is generous and affectionate, offering them words of affirmation, gifts, and physical touch to convey his love and appreciation for them. He may sometimes come off as overly anxious or over-protective, but he does his best to be communicative about his concerns, and ultimately, he trusts his loved ones to take care of themselves - even if he still wants to stay nearby just in case. Lucas has a brotherly bond with 47 -- since they were raised together as brothers and since he most of all raised 47 himself, he understands the world’s best assassin better than anyone and can communicate with him on a level that no one else can. Additionally, he is also very paternal and playful with Olivia, tending to her needs, teasing her, and ensuring that she is always safe, happy, and healthy. He has a mischievous streak that manifests in playful gestures such as harmless pranks and petty squabbling, though it is rarely indulged. He’s also very good at homemaking skills, such as cooking and cleaning- a habit he has picked up well thanks to all his time in military service and living with Olivia.
At his core, Lucas Grey is a kind and loving child who was forced to grow up much too quickly due to the circumstances of his existence. Everything he has ever loved has been taken from him, violently. As a result, he has adapted a cold, cruel, unforgiving demeanor to survive in a world that was never meant for him. He hungers for vengeance against those who made and broke him, and in his quest to slay the monsters he has become one himself. And once he has fulfilled his pact, it seems inevitable that he shall turn his sword on himself.

SHADOW CLIENT (HITMAN WOA - MAIN)
Taking place during the events of the World of Assassination trilogy, Lucas Grey is the Shadow Client - a knowledgeable threat working from the shadows to systematically put bounties on the heads of key Providence members in order to weaken their hold and get closer to his brother without anyone realizing the game he’s playing. His end goal? To take them all down.
WORLD’S MOST WANTED FUGITIVE (POST HITMAN WOA)
Following the events of Hitman 3, 47 was able to detect a pulse still present after Lucas’ faux-suicide. Nine months in the ICU, three major surgeries, and another six months doing rehabilitation, and Lucas is on the mend thanks to his hyper-regenerative healing factor - and the support of his brother. With Providence as a whole on a downward cascade, he’s ready to get back in the saddle and finish what they started by helping destroy the scattering remnants of the shadow corporation.
GALACTIC GHOST (STAR WARS VERSE)
A survivor of an infamous cloning project to create the perfect assassin force originating during the era of Emperor Palpatine, Lucas Grey holds a grudge against the Sith that made him and continue to work in the shadows. He’s known even long before the Empire that the galaxy is controlled by something far greater and far darker than corruption in politics, and he intends to see the end of it. He’s an infamous mercenary, assassin, and bounty hunter in the criminal underworld, and the leader of a robust militia that follows him undetected across the stars as he works to destroy the Sith - and find his brother.
GREY WOLF (FANTASY VERSE)
It figures that any experiment looking to create a perfect, apex predator would create a wolf. Lucas Grey is the head of his pack, touting enhanced instincts, enhanced senses, a strong hunting instinct, and a thirst for vengeance seldom seen in any other animal. But more than anything - even wanting to watch a giant shadow corporation fall - he wants to find his pack again. He wants his brother back. (Dependent on the plotline, Lucas may be a werewolf, a wolfwalker, or an anthro wolf.)
Lucas was born November 5th, 1962. He was part of the first iteration of the first series of clones made by Ort-Meyer– and one of the first to successfully survive and thrive in accordance with expectations. Lucas’ barcode number is therefore, 620511-010106.
As part of the initial cloning project, Lucas was bred to be physiologically superior. Like 47, he has enhanced senses and instincts, and a hyper advanced healing factor that allows him to recover faster than should be possible. He’s faster, stronger, more agile, and more adaptable to situations than any regular human could ever be. But he isn't perfect.
The tradeoff for being physically superior is that Ort-Meyer had not yet perfected his tactics of psychological conditioning. While still more perceptive and intelligent than the average human, Lucas does not possess 47’s natural affinity for mastering talents and identities so quickly. He is also far from docile and does not take kindly to following orders or planning extensively. He is a loud and proud leader type with a strong sense of defiance, a knack for rebellion, and an uncanny habit for improvising plans on the fly.
Lucas was always closest to 47. This comes from the fact that when he was around 2 years old, 47 was born. One night, Lucas was awoken to the sound of newborn 47 crying in his cradle. Curious and concerned, Lucas ventured into the nursery of the facility near the barracks where he slept. He saw 47 fussing and dragged a stool over to his crib so he could look inside and reach him. Having learned how to properly hold him by watching the caretakers around them, he scooped 47 up in his arms and began rocking him until he calmed down. The moment that 47 stopped crying and looked up at him, Lucas recognized him as his baby brother and promised to always take care of him and protect him.
Growing up, Lucas always did his best to keep 47 safe. While 47 was more docile and obedient than Lucas was, the few times he made mistakes Lucas would always try to take the blame for them so 47 wouldn’t be hurt. He knew that his brother was scared and he wanted to stand up for him any way he could.
Frequently, Lucas would sneak additional food to 47 whenever he could. He wanted to keep him strong and healthy so that Ort-Meyer wouldn’t have the excuse of culling him like he did with so many of the other boys. He would also bring him extra blankets or clothes at night to help him keep warm, and when 47 was scared, he would hold him and cover his ears to drown out the sounds of people yelling or fighting.
Toys were a rarity in the asylum, but Lucas always made sure to collect rubber ducks he’d find to give to 47.
As they got older and eventually went out on missions, Lucas would convince 47 to go off with him on detours to explore their environment. They could never go too far, as they were constrained to certain areas or by time limits to complete tasks, but Lucas did his best to make the most of what little freedoms they had. He never wasted an opportunity to sneak 47 an ice cream cone, or cotton candy, or a walk through a dog park so he could pet the dogs.
Lucas would frequently sneak food from the canteen to 47 for his pet rabbits as well. He claimed that he didn’t like them, but he did. He helped name several of them, helped make nests for them from scraps, and he consoled 47 when he cried over the death of his first pet.
Lucas carries a strong sense of guilt and even self-hatred for what happened at the facility in Romania. He was closer to 47 than any other clone, but he still regarded many of them as his brothers. He often tried to care for them but quickly learned not to develop many emotional attachments as most of them would end up dying. Still, he blames himself for getting away and not being able to save them. He carries the weight of not helping 47 most of all.
Lucas is naturally very caring towards children. While he may kill with impunity and care very little about collateral damage in the way of corrupt corporations and their associates, children have never and will never end up in the crossfire of his actions. He won’t allow it.
Lucas is very protective of Olivia. He views her as his own daughter and is rightfully defensive of her as such.
Lucas has a general disdain for authority figures. For this reason, he does not like or trust Diana Burnwood. However, he does care deeply for 47, and as such, he is willing to make sure she is safe and trusts her judgment for his sake.
Lucas is deeply emotional. Unlike 47, he feels intensely for others. At his core, he is capable of great kindness and empathy. However, this also manifests in him being vengeful and driven in his goal to dedicate himself to a cause which he hates. Feelings come intensely to him and are hard to shift once decided.
Unlike his brother, Lucas isn’t afraid of getting his hands dirty. He doesn’t care much for class or demure. If getting blood and dirt on his hands is what’s required, he’s glad to do it. Truthfully, he prefers being up close and personal to killing through a sniper rifle.
Lucas has a major sweet tooth. He has a very strong grip on his own self control usually, but every once in a while, he allows himself to indulge with something obscenely sugary.
Lucas is also very strict about his workout regimen. He enjoys running, weightlifting, boxing, wrestling, and gymnastics. Physical activity helps him clear his mind and focus. It’s also a good way to help him regulate his emotions.
In 2002, while stationed in Africa during the Sierra Leone conflict, Lucas entered a destroyed home to discover Olivia Hall, a war orphan who had been displaced by the conflict. She was scared and alone, hiding in a closet. Grey managed to coax her out with the promise of rations and she quickly clung to him. Grey, immediately heartbroken by her situation, decided to take Olivia with him when it became clear that she had nowhere else to go. She's been riding along with him in his crusade ever since.
Lucas prefers dogs to cats and if he was ever given the opportunity, he’d like to retire and take up fostering retired working dogs.
While Lucas doesn’t have 47’s keen sense of fashion or eye for style, he does enjoy wearing Hawaiian shirts, button ups, and some suits, especially if they have color to them. For practical reasons, he doesn’t get to wear these types of clothes often. All the same, he does enjoy seeking out vibrant colors when he can.
Lucas has had the occasional thought about becoming a family man. Truthfully, the idea of having kids of his own intrigues him more than he’d ever say. But he doesn’t figure he’ll live long enough to meet someone, let alone see himself having a family.
One of Lucas’ all time dream is to become a falconer. The idea of having a special bond with a bird of prey that could be his companion as well as his eye in the sky in the field has always mesmerized him.
Being that he is much more emotionally connected, Lucas tends to come off as hopeful, and even a dreamer at times. Sometimes, to the point of seeming naive (i.e.: when Olivia tells him that confronting 47 directly could get them both killed yet he persists in the hope that he can make him remember.) He rejects the idea that he is an optimist however.
Outside of his work or personally assigned tasks, Lucas tends to share 47’s antisocial tendencies. While not outright isolating and avoidant of people, he tends to keep himself scarce and avoids engaging with others more than is strictly necessary. This is both to prevent himself from being tracked and also because he strongly believes in holding people at arm’s length for the sake of his emotions and their safety.
Lucas’ trust is incredibly difficult to earn. Even among his militia, trust is a rare resource he spares only for those closest and most reliable to him. And even then, it may only go so far.
Tw self harm: Lucas carries so much guilt for leaving 47 behind. He is haunted by the fact that he broke his promise to protect the one person he loved most. Additionally, he is haunted by all the wrong he has done to others who were completely innocent in his quest to dethrone Providence. Combined with his intense anxiety of failing and what that could mean for both 47 and Olivia, and the fact that Lucas has become so heavily entrenched in the mentality that he must be “the dependable one”, he has adopted many unhealthy habits to cope. This includes binge drinking, smoking until he burns himself, relying on medications to induce sleep, and working out so intensely that he physically injures himself. In his mind, the physical pain grounds him and keeps his mind from focusing on the emotional pain he can’t deal with.
Romance and intimacy are difficult to obtain from Lucas. He’s much more focused on survival than pleasure.
Lucas prefers a position of power and control in bed. He doesn’t shy away from power dynamics.
Lucas prefers to be rough in bed. Slapping, biting, and marking are par for the course in an encounter with him. However, he has self-control and will dial it back if his partner requests it.
Lucas doesn’t shy away from restraints. Whether using his hands and body to pin someone down, or using ropes or belts.
Lucas has something of an exhibitionism kink. He doesn’t mind semi-public sex where the stakes are high. He finds the risk quite exciting.
Though his default is to lean in to more brutal forms of intimacy, Lucas does have a genuine streak when it comes to lovemaking. He can be incredibly passionate, tender, and devoted his partners needs - assuming he has a good connection with them.
Lucas loves leaving bite marks on his partner. It’s a source of pride for him.
Lucas is mouthy in bed. Specifically, he likes dirty-talking and degrading his partner. Of course, he does mix praises in with it all.
Matching his stature, Lucas’ has quite a bit of size and girth to him. At around 8 inches, he’s a lot to take.
