A humble boy from Louisiana, Everett grew up on a ranch where he trained horses to pull carts. His family was far from wealthy but they were a happy bunch living within their means and enjoying life. Everett was fascinated with electronics at a young age. He loved video games and when he first got a computer it was a huge deal. He spent hours researching how it worked and eventually decided he wanted to study how to make and fix machines like the ones that seemed to be growing more and more prevalent in the world around him. He was a stellar student, but unfortunately his family did not have the means to support his college endeavors. Thankful for their efforts but wanting to help himself, he enlisted in the military and served for twenty years, earning his degree and working as a technician in the service while also sending money home to his family. He met Celeste both times she was in the service, the two of them sparking a very strong friendship. After she disappeared on a mission however, he was left so distraught that he ended up needing to leave the service. He drifted for several years, taking odd mechanic jobs and living out of different places despite being well off enough to retire completely to somewhere nice.

At age 43, he heard a call he hadn’t known he’d been waiting for forever. Celeste reached out to him, informing him that she was alright and tha she was holding down stable work. With council approval she invited Everett onboard as a valuable asset and with her connections, he was hired in as a replacement O5-7 within two years. While some suggested foul play in the vote, satisfaction was derived when Everett proved himself to be a good leader, a master communications manager, and an excellent technician. Everett had a direct hand in the effort to establish Alpha-6 as well as helped connect the Foundations many branches in a more effective manner with his streamlined server system management. He’s been the brain behind many technological advancements in the Foundation and is well revered for his great efforts for the cause.

Everett continued to serve the Foundation, as the second overseeing commander to Alpha-6 and a good colleague to O, Cool, and their Task Force members.

Unlike his colleagues in the O5, Everett is neither cold nor ruthless. However, he is deeply analytical, considering variables that others would not think of. He’s extremely perceptive and has a plan for everything, preferring to think things through and come up with effective solutions and ways of managing issues rather than simply leaving them to fester. He’s very politely and works incredibly well with others, preferring to make sure everyone is on the same page before proposing or executing plans. However, even a man so logical and by-the-book as Everett knows that sometimes, it is better to apologize later than to ask permission first. He maintains a very good relationship with everyone so that he, like O, has favors he might be able to cash in later. However, unlike O, Everett is not so socially adept as to manipulate people. He is very honest and truthful in his dealings. That is, if he’s asked about them.

Stepping out of his work as an O5, Everett proves to simply be polite by nature. A bit socially awkward but friendly all the same, he is happy to help is asked and likes to try and make idle conversation to practice his people skills. He’s very much an introvert however, and sparing a few close friends, Everett prefers to spend his time alone working on puzzles, tinkering with machines, and making prototypes to tweak and work with. He’s very much a nerd and so requires a lot of intellectual stimulation to stay occupied. As a result, Everett is very much the type to get very little sleep because he stays up late working on projects but is still punctual and disciplined enough to never miss a meeting or call in sick for something he feels he did to himself. He’s very kind and generous by nature, always wanting to help anyone who needs it and was raised to be a community service type of person. And that’s exactly what he intends to be.
