Determined to try and make amends for the failed exorcism of Amy Martin a year prior, John Ward attempts to finish the exorcism and ventures down a rabbit hole of evil that has opened up in his home town. The priest unearths the cult responsible for Amy's possession and their plan to bring about the Antichrist and the end of life as he knows it. However, in his fight, his faith is shattered and he is indoctrinated into the cult by Gary. Soon enough, so is his childhood friend and first love Lisa, after she gets involved with another demon moving to the apartments to get a fresh start on life with his baby daughter. They end up becoming a polycule and five founding pillars in the cult. Fearing the worst, Father Garcia attempts to rescue the both of them but fails, having been tempted and corrupted by Miriam Bell and indoctrinated into the cult just as John was. The local church, anxious about losing so many members of the clergy in one swoop, send an angel to try and intercede. Yet she too falls to the influence of the cult and is corrupted into joining them. Now, with no one strong enough left to challenge them, the Eternal Order of the Second Death moves forward with their plans to take Earth from God's hands and flood the realm with demons.
Despite Gary's best attempts at remaining quiet, his cult's activities are not completely unnoticed. Following a long case in the next town over, Harry Du Bois, a skilled detective, is partnered up with a new hire from the local New Haven Police Department on a mission to investigate a local abortion clinic believed to be linked to several disappearances in the area. However, Du Bois' addictions get the better of him. He arrives at the scene drunk and high and is unable to provide backup support to his partner, leading to him being killed in the process. Harry is blamed for the death, and, already devastated from finding the body, weakened from six years of substance abuse (not that he can remember much of it), and lacking support from anyone around him, he tearfully resigns with the intent to end his life. Before he does, though, he decides to investigate a private detective in the city whose name is spoken as a curse in the precinct. Seeing he is in a bad way, Rayn Wilder elects to let Harry stay in her loft apartment with her and help him recover. What ensues is a panic on behalf of his old teammates at the Major Crimes Unit who are wracked with guilt that they may have finally pushed him too far. At odds with their new chief of police who never liked most of them anyway, they all leave one by one in a mass exodus- including Harry's old partner, Lieutenant Kim Kitsuragi. Kim, Jean, and Judit end up joining the Wilder Detective Agency, intent on helping Harry get better and find out what's really going on in order to stop the cult.
The U.S. government, realizing that they may have a more severe situation on their hands than previously thought, finally send in federal support in the form of several soldiers and FBI agents. Their task is to investigate the New Haven Apartments, infiltrate, and exterminate the people of interest discovered within. For this, the Feds, four members of Team Rainbow, and a legendary Marine specializing in "supernatural extermination" known as the Doomslayer are sent in to handle the threat. Unfortunately, Gary and his cult are quickly reaching a point where even advanced firepower is not enough to stop them. They are captured and indoctrination is attempted, but it fails. Despite that, the damage done to the soldiers is still severe. They fall back and form a truce with the local detective agency who are also looking into the cult, hoping to recover enough to try for a second storm.
And in the middle of all of this are Marion and Elana, a couple from Hope County, Montana who relocated to escape the up-and-coming cult that had laid down their roots in their old home and cost them the life of their young son, Thomas. Having sough help and attempted recovery from the influence of one cult, the two are shocked and horrified to find themselves within the grasp of another. But they've still got some strength left, and they won't go down without fight.

Night City is a veritable cesspool of criminal activity. No one is above it. At the lowest level, gangs run carved up sectors of the city in territories, fighting and vying for power. Among them are the Pirates - a unique gang run by the borderline cyberpsycho Vaas Montenegro and his merry band of bloodthirsty metal junkies. Overseeing him is Hoyt Volker, a tyrant, drug lord, and distributor of all things dark operating from a small series of isles in the NC harbor known as the Rook Islands. Hoyt controls the other major faction of his operations, the Privateers - the lot of which include infamous mercenary, sadist, and XBD distributor Bambi "Buck" Hughes and undercover Militech agent Sam Becker. Even the corps have their own bites in the city. At the very top, the heads of Kang Tao, Pagan Min and his sister Yuma Lau, control major portions of the manufacturing and distribution of parts, and Yaran dictator and head of BioTechnica, Anton Castillo, controls large swaths of the implant and medical markets. Anyone hoping to find themselves refuge beyond the city are low on their luck as well. To the West, the Nomads warn of a place known as "the no-man's land"; Hope County. A deep-set series of desert valleys and rivers with a few sprawling oases capable of sustaining life, the region is dominated by a militaristic doomsday cult known as the Project at Eden's Gate. Spearheaded by self-proclaimed prophet Joseph Seed and his heralds that claim the end is coming, this cult has been locked in a ferocious conflict with the local Nomad population that had initially decided to try and make the region a permanent home. And to the South, the border between NC and what remains of the Southern US down into Mexico is populated by cartel families and drug manufacturers that keep a steady supply flowing into the city from below. The names Salamanca and Fring are common to the Nomads, but you'll be hard-pressed to find any actual links back to the source of your glitter once it's in the city. Don't be fooled by the glittering lights. This town is just as filthy as it's always been, from top to bottom.

Taking place after the events of Far Cry 3, Hoyt, Vaas, and Buck all survived their encounters with Jason Brody. While Jason’s friends returned home, he stayed behind and vanished to try and live out his changed life in the jungle with his new partner who helped him rescue his brother, his friends, and a few other kidnapping victims, named Loofa . The infamous trio of the Rook Island spent the next few years licking their wounds, rebuilding, and re-establishing connections with some old business partners. Hoyt established connections with King of Kyrat Pagan Min and his sister/highest lieutenant, Yuma Lau. He also contacted a mysterious man operating on the Eastern coast of the US named Adam, as well as an arms and drug Kingpin on the Western US coast named Laverne. Laverne proceeded to connect him with her up-and-coming drug tycoon business partner with connections in Canada and Central and South America named Trevor, a trusty hacker in the same area named LJT, and the operator of a Russian assassination business by the name of Mikhail. Together, the seven heads have taken a grip on the entire world, dealing in various illicit services ranging from peddling, gunrunning, and trafficking to assassinations, snuff films, and political siege. In 2018, after the detonation of a nuclear warhead in Hope County, Montana, tensions escalated between the powers of the world. A war between the U.S. and China broke out, starting off cold but quickly growing hot, with routine bombing leaving many places in the States badly damaged. Continuing to go untouched in the interim, Hoyt scouted an individual by the name of Dala who was regarded as a prolific scientist in the development of war technologies. While initially going to be sold, Dala was brought aboard in an attempt to boost technology for the crime lords and their businesses and keep them afloat while the rest of the world sank beneath them.

After being approached with a job by the renowned fixer Dexter DeShawn, as well as DeShawn’s client, Evelyn Parker, Vincent and Jackie end up plotting to steal a prototype data chip from renowned heir to the Arasaka empire, Yorinobu Arasaka. Unfortunately, the mission goes sideways when the two end up being witnesses to the murder of the megacorporation’s founder at his son’s hands, and barely escape with their lives. Vin makes it back to DeShawn only to be betrayed by his fixer and shot in the head. Fortunately, the chip grants him a second wind as he’s saved by the late Saburo’s bodyguard, Goro Takemura, who is hoping to get some answers as to the true nature of Saburo’s death, not believing his son’s claims of it being a random poisoning. Takemura manages to take Vin back to his friend and trusted ripperdoc, Viktor Vector. Thanks to Dr. Vektor, Vin survives at the cost of realizing that the chip is slowly overwriting his consciousness and that he has very limited timed before the engram on the chip. To add to his struggle, the engram on the chip reveals itself to be none other than Johnny Silverhand, the rockerboy and infamous terrorist responsible for the destruction the Night City Arasaka Tower in 2023. Now caught between a seemingly endless series internal and external conflicts, Vin races against the clock to find answers and a cure to his progressively deteriorating condition before it’s too late. In the end, he strikes a deal with the very same corporation that ousted him and spends months on an Arasaka orbital station receiving treatment after undergoing a successful operation to remove the chip. However, he learns that, despite their efforts, he still only has six months to live. While the news hits Vin hard, he’s accumulated quite a mass of characters and friends to back him up on his journey for survival, and they won’t let him go down alone or without a fight.

The world is once again in turmoil. The threat of siege by a demon army makes itself known and so rises the Inquisition to combat it. I's not an immediate solution, however. The Inquisition's return is met with criticism, skepticism, and pessimism. Especially when it comes to light that Feynrith Lavellan, an elf from the war-torn land of Freemarches, is declared the Herald of Andraste and the Inquisitor. Despite the pushback and the challenges, Feynrith manages to amass quite a collection of skilled fighters willing to rally for the cause of saving the world, including an empathetic ghost, the Iron Bull and his Chargers, an elf hunter with an impressive bloodline of warriors, a group of wandering feral women living amongst wolves, and their dragon companion.
John Loves You
Developed by the Tumblr FAITH community <3
John Ward - Charismatic, well-spoken, manipulative, but quite spineless and cowardly otherwise, John is a priest who can’t help but look at the world with scorn. He is of the belief that humanity is irredeemable in its current state. That no amount of prayer and penance can save mankind now. The only way for there to be salvation is for the world to effectively be “reset” by God once more. Much like Noah and his Ark, John feels that it is his mission to gather all those that are still able to be saved and are destined for the new world. Once he has gathered them all in his temple, The Ark, he intends to initiate a ceremony to unleash a “flood of angels” into the world. He believes that God will not be able to ignore such a sign and will “wipe the slate clean,” after which he and his followers will emerge in a new Eden and rebuild the world as God intended. Also, he wields a dagger in the shape of a cross (because that idea is cool as hell and I’m obsessed with it.) His cult features iconography of hoofed animals, especially lambs, goats, and deer.
Lisa Pearson - John’s right-hand woman and chosen “vessel.” If he is Joseph, then she is the Mother Mary of the Cult of the Ark. Having known John since childhood, she had no reason not to trust him when he told her the world would soon end and that he needed her help, especially when he was inaugurated as a priest and claimed: “it was God’s will.” She trusts John wholeheartedly to protect her and save her soul. She is loyal to him and utterly adores him, and she will stubbornly deny that she is with him against her will. She genuinely loves John, and she’s very kind and sweet, and non-hostile, unlike John and the rest of the cult. One should tread lightly though, as she is very perceptive, and she is very much a tattle-tail. Any perceived threat she sees will immediately be reported, and John will respond with full force to defend her. Even if that means having to stab someone himself. She helps John run the abortion clinic and harvest “young, pure souls” to use as messengers to God.
Father Garcia - Garcia is considered the guardian of John’s flock. He’s referred to as the Shepherd by John’s followers, the Angel by John himself, and the Reaper by all outsiders that try to lead his lambs astray. A senior priest, John took advantage of him during the lowest point in his life after the death of his wife. He deceived a grieving Garcia into believing that he could find peace again or perhaps even see her when the world was reborn into a new Eden, and all he had to do was play the role of Shepherd for his flock of chosen ones. Garcia was all too happy to accept in his desperation to find purpose and faith again, gladly taking up arms and fiercely defending John and his cult. He’s a stern, stubborn old man who has bought completely into John’s rhetoric and cannot be swayed, for he has nothing left to lose. He’s former military and he speaks candidly of how he served in Vietnam in particular. He’s also a hunting enthusiast, so he knows his way around traps and guns and will use this knowledge to keep outsiders at bay.
Amy Martin - Displaced just before she turned 18, Amy ended up being taken in by Miriam. Her family and she frequently got into arguments and fights about the fact she worked at an abortion clinic. Her parents threatened to throw her out so Amy went a step ahead and left on her own after they tried placing nonsensical rules and restrictions on her. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Amy’s family became the first victims of John and his cult after they refused to join his cause. He believed they would be easy to indoctrinate on account of their grief over their lost twins but they resisted. As such, he ended up having them killed and used their corpses as part of a summoning ritual for some “angels.” Amy never learned the truth past the fact that her family was murdered. She’s furious and bitter and demands to be included in Gary’s mission to take down the cult.
Michael Davies - Left in the care of Father Garcia by a family who mistook his albinism for demonic possession, when Garcia joined the cult he brought Michael with him. Michael was originally planned to be used as a vessel; “a mouthpiece for God.” (Aka, he was going to be possessed by a demon.) Somehow, he managed to escape and was offered sanctuary by Miriam until Gary could properly exorcise him. Unfortunately, Gary was unable to do so and Michael ended up escaping their care. Now, Gary’s mission is to find him, free his soul, and destroy John’s cult before they find him first and unknowingly complete the ritual that will open the world to a flood of demons.
Tiffany Robinson - Tiffany is Gary's childhood friend. She was often the only one who stood beside him when others picked on him for his status as a bastard child. As they got older, they stayed very close despite their significant differences. While Gary went on to become a preacher, Tiffany leaned more into news reporting and writing in general and adopted an agnostic mindset. They still spend a lot of time together and she volunteers herself up as his assistant who takes notes for him and helps him edit and practice his sermons while joking around with him.
Gary Miller - Gary is a preacher, albeit not an overly religious one. He takes a more loose and accepting interpretation of the Bible, focusing less on God and more on the stories, encouraging community support and acceptance. His heart is in the right place, but he tends to come off as very cynical and critical of the Church as an organization and holds a bitterness towards established religion due to the way it was shoved down his throat as a child. He’s got a small but devoted following, despite his opinions being unpopular with most. When he’s not at an altar, he’s usually volunteering in the local community. He uses a cane (with a sword in it bc like I said before, I’m OBSESSED with the concept) to get around. While he’s mostly healthy, old age has caught up with him a bit and his left knee is in a sore state on account of an incident with some other kids in his youth that left it damaged. He’s kind, charismatic, a bit snarky and sarcastic with his humor, but overall well-mannered and good-natured.
Miriam Bell - Miriam was a devoted nun for decades before she had Gary. He was an unplanned child for obvious reasons and seeing as termination wasn’t an option (and she would have just been further ostracized for it), she was excommunicated from her church as a nun. This didn’t stop her from loving Gary with all her heart, nor did it stop her from attending a different church with her boy despite the constant rumors and nasty comments about her situation. She was the one who taught him to judge less and be more kind and tolerant. Her only regret is not doing more to protect him from the constant badgering from others who knew he was born out of wedlock. She’s a loving, protective figure in her greater general community and is a bit of a mama bear to all the kids. If you walk into her house, you will notice a lot of handmade dolls, a lot of old jewelry, and a lot of swords to go with the homemade cooking. She teaches self-defense classes on the side, and she still spoils her adult son.
Alu, Roger, Jefferey, Malphas - All powerful demons conjured from Hell to usher in chaos and the end of days, John believes them to be nothing more than angels. He’s summoned them under the thought that they will get God’s attention and serve as witnesses and testimonies as to why the earth should be flooded and purged once more. Tricksters that they are, they are more than happy to go along with his delusions and make demands for “evidence” in the form of sacrifices and ceremonies. He doesn’t realize that they’re not angels, and they’re just fine with that fact.

A Fallout 4 verse created with @maximuses / @ineffablemuses. 200 years after the bombs fell, a mother and a father awaken in two separate vaults facing one common problem: their families are dead, their children have been taken, and it's up to them to find them. Shepard Fleming and Delphine Riviere cross paths at the Starlight Drive-In, where several of Delpine’s comrades (Piper, Holly, and Octavia) have taken residence and offered to assist them any way they can by forming the Starlight Brigade. The settlement is small at first, consisting of only them and a couple of other misplaced souls, including Asriel, Tomo, Wendy, and Orisa. After establishing that their goals are the same, they decide to embark on a quest to find their children who they deduce have been taken from the same man. In their travels, they encounter and assist the last of the Minutemen and begin helping reinstate their settlements. Unbeknownst to them, the man they are looking for has been right in front of them the whole time. Upon confronting Kellogg, they realize he has been with Holly the whole time after she follows him to the fort and confronts him about the accusations. While she convinces them to spare him in exchange for more support, the two separate for a long while. Eventually, Kellogg tries to make amends by assisting them in their search, albeit from a distance. While the main quest line progresses, a Brotherhood Soldier by the name of Ly Phan enters the Commonwealth, driven East by the loss at the second battle of Hoover Dam. She joins Paladin Danse, regaining confidence under his rank and exploring the Commonwealth. On more than one occasion, they encountered the Starlight Brigade, and it was deduced that they would not have a good relationship with the Brotherhood. However, Ly soon realized the corruption within the Brotherhood after learning that her CO was a synth himself. She refused to execute him and took him to the Railroad, where her pleas moved a synth among them to convince them to help. The Railroad ended up having ties to the Starlight Brigade, to which Piper, Noemi, and Ly helped Danse move with a small group up to a settlement near the drive-in run by Octavia. Octavia’s Garden, also known as the Cabbage Patch, became a well-known safe haven for synths and orphaned children– well-protected by the blossoming relationship between the Minutemen and the Brigade. Still, as this went on, Elder Maxson himself had his own business in communicating with the sole occupant of the local space station. What started out as an attempt to investigate the station turned into a well-kept secret of sorts between him and a quiet astronaut from before the war named Luna. In their quest for their children, Shepard and Delphine locate the Institute and destroy it. The result leads many Synths now without purpose to wander the Commonwealth seeking assistance, including a former Courser who used to be the lover of now ex-knight of the Brotherhood/mercenary who finds her. The Institute’s absence also allows the Minutemen to help patrol and protect the Commonwealth, and the Brigade to continue its humanitarian efforts. This verse applies to all Fallout 4 muses.

A series of relationships develops throughout the course of GTA V leading up to the Big Score. Franklin connects with a like-minded lady from a similar criminal background as him after a successful test run heist with her. Trevor hooks up with a local arms and drugs dealer he works with named Valentina. Following Amanda leaving him, Michael gets a legal divorce and Dave tries to cover him by letting him connect with a new girl and her son, and what starts off as a convenience-relationship quickly takes a turn for the more romantic. Lamar hooks up with a new face in town who he’s been talking with for a long while online named Valeriya. Lester rescues a nuclear physicist coming into the country from a lock-down city in Russia named Darya, and they end up clicking well. Dave and Steve, desperate to keep tabs on Michael and keep up in the arms-race with the IAA, call in a reliable unit from Liberty City to help out, and Dave takes a liking to their leader, Kate. Another one of the unit connects with the only survivor of a modern-day cult-style mass suicide marked as a “help project” named Percy. Meanwhile, Steve accidentally hooks up with a notoriously wanted international criminal and ends up in a whole song-and-dance with her to get his mother off his back about being 40 and single. While everyone else is busy making stupid moves, IAA mole Andreas Sanchez walks into the wrong establishment and allows the right woman named "Candy" to walk into his life. With this series of connections, things get infinitely more complicated for both the Unholy Trinity and the government agents trying to keep tabs on them. And if that wasn't bad enough, an up-and-coming crimelord by the name of Laverne and her new serial killer boyfriend are making things infinitely harder for everyone.

He has just enough components to revive a second colonist by the name of Artemis. Together, they and Holly go off to try and take the fight to the Board and fix whatever they can until Phineas hatches an actual plan. Unbeknownst to them all, Phineas’ tampering accidentally sets loose several other cryopods on the Hope. Piper and Octavia make a daring escape from the ship via a shuttle and manage to find their way to the Groundbreaker.
Meanwhile, after picking up Parvati, the crew of the newly acquired Unreliable progress to said Groundbreaker, where they meet with Gladys and run into Flotsam Gilligan, a hitman for hire from the Hope, and Vicar Maximilian DeSoto from Edgewater. Holly recognizes Flotsam and inquires about why he’s here, and after learning that he’s come to meet with a very well-known (if infamous) mechanic and chemist named Valentina, the two decide to join Holly and Artemis on their quest. They meet Valentina, as well as Holly’s old friends Octavia and Piper, and are told to go visit Monarch. While on Monarch, they visit Fallbrook and meet Fran, who ends up joining their adventure after they help her barely-surviving organization. At some point, the crew fixes up SAM and ventures off to Gorgon after receiving a mysterious package via parcel delivery service. Upon investigating the planet, they end up picking up an android named Ivett who was used as part of Gorgon's experiments and then left behind after she gained sentience.
While the Unreliable crew bounces around the system, the Board has its own agenda. Sophia Akande grows to be rather friendly with a courteous courier, Lucien, who frequently delivers packages and documents to her. Additionally, she sends out a hand of hers (also named Lucien, but not the same person) to try and establish business ties with the Takamura Sisters– a major company in the system that has thus far avoided joining the Board. While they push their envelope, the Takamura Sisters have their own gains in mind, and send over an agent by the name of Psyche to attend one of Chairman Rockwell’s upper-class assemblies to gather information. And as luck would have it, she catches a little more of the Chairman than she bargained for.
As The World Caves In
Crossover Verse: Death Stranding x Resident Evil
During the events of Raccoon City, Umbrella observed in-field testing of both the Tyrant Projects and Project Z. While observation on those two projects was occurring, another unlabeled project was in its beginning stages.
Meanwhile, a well-known politician and presidential candidate by the name of Bridget Strand is diagnosed with uterine cancer. She aims to quietly seek treatment from pharmaceutical corporation Umbrella but unknowingly becomes a participant in their latest project. During the operation performed by Umbrella to “remove her cancer”, Bridget flatlines for several minutes before being brought back. Due to Umbrella’s interference, this momentary death causes her soul to become divorced from her body where it ends up on The Beach, a purgatory-like realm between life and the afterlife. When Bridget is revived, her soul materializes in the plane of the living. Wanting to divert suspicion, Bridget names her soul Amelie and claims her to be Bridget’s daughter with a debilitating condition and absent father.
While Bridget is “recovering”, Umbrella seeks to test the reach of their initial success and the strength of their connection to the “other side” by bringing in their second subject: an unnamed woman and her husband, Clifford. Clifford’s wife suffered a traumatic incident which rendered her braindead. Clifford both had difficulty accepting this reality and wanted to save his unborn child. Offering Clifford an alternative to help preserve his son, Sam was removed from his braindead mother’s womb and placed into the first artifical womb. Umbrella’s intention was to eventually remove him at end of gestation and test whether or not he would be able to split his soul from himself like Bridget had.
Unfortunately, due to Cliff’s growing attachment to his child and due to the sudden uncontrolled outbreak of the T-Virus, the facility was put into lockdown and all Raccoon City projects were to immediately be scrapped. Attempting to escape with his son, Clifford was gunned down by Umbrella personnel. Sam was killed, but his soul was found by Amelie on the Beach who proceeded to return him to his mortal body and who found him in a near-dead Cliff’s arms during the evacuation. She took him with her and her “mother”. Because of his revival, Sam became a repatriate- one capable of having their soul return to their mortal body from Beach after they died. Unfortunately, his crossing over and back was the final push that caused the Death Stranding and the living world to become merged. As a result, monstrous entities from the Beach known Beached Things began appearing in various cities, including Raccoon, and led to the town’s almost total destruction. All that remained of it was a crater in the end and few survivors to show for it.
Strange phenomena began to occur with the Death Stranding. After the BTs came the appearance of a substance known as Chiralium, a particle growing in crystals that was quite common on the Beach and which allowed for major technical advancement in the few scattered pockets of civilization left. However, it emitted a type of radiation which could be damaging in large amounts. Those affected would suffer from poor sleep due to nightmares, but more severe instances cited heart failure, hormonal imbalances and mental instability. Some individuals developed a condition called DOOMS which allowed some to detect BTs and even see or control them in the rarest cases. It also granted the affected some super-human abilities and the power to resist chiral contamination. Then came timefall, a rain-like occurrence which would age anything it touched before promptly turning into water on contact. Caused by high amount of chiralium in the atmospheres, inverted rainbows began to appear signaling timefall. The appearance of strange insect-like creatures called Cryptobites which would help humans temporarily resist the effects of timefall. Most notable of all was the effects of someone dying. Whenever a living person died, their body would rapidly necrotize and cause a voidout, leaving them behind as a BT. For this reason, all bodies are incinerated.
In the wake of the Death Stranding and the various voidouts that it caused, Umbrella managed to survive in its scattered underground facilities but was severely weakened. With its assistance, Bridget - the de facto president on account of being one of the last and most qualified politicians in the US alive - founded Bridges in hopes of reuniting the scattered cities of the US. Umbrella would begin creating Bridge Babies and Odareks, devices that would help those with low-level or no DOOMS abilities to detect and avoid BTs while attempting to keep the cities connected via cargo deliveries. Yet with the end of the world came other organizations: Homo Demens, a militant nihilistic anarchist group against any sort of centralization. SWORDS, a group founded by a rogue former Umbrella scientist and several mutants she managed to save before the destruction of Raccoon City. Umbrella itself has survived and continued to operate quietly, creating and distributing new technology through the front it presents as Bridges.

Private Verse developed with maximuses/ineffablemuses
During their dealings with Hoyt, Yuma meets one of his top Privateers by the name of Piper and the two end up developing a friendship of sorts, even keeping contact via letters after the royal siblings return to Kyrat. The two eventually lose contact after Piper finally finishes her work with Hoyt and returns home. Meanwhile, after being successfully ousted from his well-cushioned throne in Kyrat by his step-son, Ajay, and his step-son's partner, Magnolia, Pagan Min and his sister Yuma head West for the States. Why West? Because Pagan wanted to travel through Europe while he was at it. They end up needing to stop in Romania to refuel and Pagan takes a liking to the small village they're fueling up by. He decides to explore the local area and attracts the interest of one Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, as well as the four families of the village who are, unbeknownst to them all, at the center of an investigation by the SCP Foundation and Hound Wolf Squad. Meanwhile, Lord Heisenberg finds himself occupied with one Holly Quinn, who has been traveling the world on a vacation with her best friend Piper for about a year now, and she reunites Piper and Yuma after accepting a dinner party invitation at the castle. Seeing that one of Hoyt's major contacts is on the move, Willis and Sam are pulled from Rook and Kyrat and moved to Romania to gather intel when they are inevitably caught up in an unrelated SCP incident and moved into Celeste's investigation unit. While Willis and Celeste develop an attachment to each other, their plan to get close to the family heads backfires when Sam and Donna begin a secret relationship of their own. Adding to the complexity of the situation is the fact that Chris Redfield is alerted to the presence of yet another biohazard that's been on the run from both Umbrella and its opposing groups for years going by the name of Dorothy. With this fact, Agent Kennedy is sent to try and help assist the situation, only to stumble when he runs into another agent of the Foundation who he knew from Raccoon City. With the situation escalating, a biohazard capture and "rehabilitation" group by the name of S.W.O.R.D.S. also decides to step in both to intervene and to mediate, but all they do is end up attracting the attention of two Russian hitmen and illicit data brokers by the names of Alexey and Mikhail, their apprentices, Roman and Valeriya, and one very curious mercenary by the name of Vincent Hale. There is a complete mess happening in the village and it's all gone to the Lycans.
