All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Custom DTF printing and embroidery orders may require 1–3 additional days depending on design complexity. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Delivery Time

Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transit delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges vary depending on your location and will be shown during checkout. Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries or special requests.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh for standard orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will share tracking details or shipping updates whenever available. You can use this information to follow your package until it arrives.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos or videos if the item is damaged so we can assist you quickly.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. VELSSENCE is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.
