1. What products does VELSSENCE offer?
VELSSENCE provides premium-quality dropshoulders, T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and caps. We also offer custom DTF printing and embroidery services based on customer designs.

2. Do you offer custom printing and embroidery?
Yes. Customers can submit their own artwork or ideas, and we will create custom DTF prints or embroidery designs with high precision and durability.

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 1–2 business days to process and 2–5 business days to deliver within Bangladesh. Custom orders may require additional production time.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items as per our Return & Refund Policy. Customized products are not eligible for return unless there is an issue from our side.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments like (bKash, Nagadm, Rocket etc) and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on the buyer's location and order type.
