Lakshmi/Sree Suktha Homa

Sri Suktham is a mantra of exquisite beauty and grace. Sri Suktham appears in Rigveda. The sadhaka, with these Sri Suktha mantras invokes Goddess Maha Lakshmi through holy Fire. One can achieve health by praying the Dhanwanthri, and can achieve wealth by praying Goddess Maha Lakshmi through Sacred Fire. Sri means “Maha Lakshmi”. Suktham means “well said”. There are fifteen mantras in the Sri Suktham.

By performing Sri Suktha homa several times with all the ingredients as prescribed in puranas, tantras and agamas, one can receive enormous benefits. The glory of Sri Suktham is described in Sathivika puranas.

It is also explained how an uninterrupted wealth can be achieved by performing homa with Lotus & Ghee which gives best results.
