Installation

To proceed with the installation the first thing to do is to know the location of the .zip file that we will have downloaded from the store. 

Note: It is important to take into account that it has to be at least Blender version 3.4.1 for a correct operation.

Knowing the exact location we go to Blender and in the menu Edit > Preferences, it will open a preferences window with a left side section. 

In that section we will look for the section called Addons and instantly we will be able to see a huge list of all the available addons. 

In the upper right part of that same window, we will find the Install button. Click on it and a new file navigation window will appear. 

We will proceed to go to the location where we have saved our addon. Remember that the format of the addon is a .zip file.  We will locate it and select it, then we will click on the Install-Addon button. 

If everything went well, the Addon will appear in the list, marked as activated and with the preferences part compacted. 

We will be able to open it to see what preferences we have available. 

It should now be correctly installed. 

Preferences

Listings

Options related to the listings. As we can see in the image, we are asked if when hiding the groups of the left column, we also want to turn off the visibility of the elements of the right column, belonging to the items of the groups themselves. 


Domain

Options related to the domain. Here we can decide for example that a sun is automatically created, so that when baking the fluid looks better and with more volume. You can also specify a path for the cache.

Preview

Preview options.  Here we can specify the path where we want to make the viewport renders to visualize the times and in general how our simulation is really looking like. We also have some options to make the flipbook itself, such as hiding the overlays and create folders if we decide to use image sequences.

Presets

In the presets section we can load and modify and save our settings for the cycles render presets as we wish to be able to use them in the future whenever we want.
