I have been working with the B2C division of the design team since October 2019 and have since become the teams Design Manager. I have restructured the process for everything from file naming conventions and folder structures to defining branding guidelines and generating design templates for each vertical within the Marketing and Sales departments. I have on-boarded and trained new designers and am mentoring two junior designers, three mid-level, and grooming two senior designers.
I manage the project requests queue and groom tickets to enhance smooth production. I also coordinate meetings with all stakeholders for project kick-offs and trouble shoot any issues that arise. In addition, I art direct large-scale projects and approve a majority of the finalized collateral to keep design standards high. I am proud to have earned my teams respect and trust and to have extremely satisfied clients.
I enjoy working on marketing collateral. It is a way to elevate my companies’ brand and continually push my design and problem-solving skills. Prodege has six companies under its’ banner that my team generates collateral for, Swagbucks, MyPoints, ShopAtHome, InBox Dollars, Upromise and Shoply. In addition to that we service all the Sales collateral as well. Here are samples of my work using the new techniques and templates that I created.
Original logo design and campaign launch.
Internal trivia game that runs on Swagbucks. We produce a new set of collateral for each game.
I have been working with the UA team to develop a fresh brand style. I have refined the imagery used in the layouts, color scheme and leveraged the logo graphic to generate a pattern to give the layout depth.
I redesigned the WATCH logo for our internal video program and redesigned the layouts to be more exciting and inclusive while leveraging our branding. These templates are easily refreshed and aid in streamlining production.
I worked with Terry Yang, a former designer at Prodege, to redesign the Collector’s Bill. These bills are part of a scavenger hunt game for our users and are always themed. I felt that the bill should more closely resemble a real bill while remaining playful. The template that we developed and the corresponding assets works across multiple concepts easily.
SWAGO is a bingo style game for our users on Swagbucks. Each game has its’ own theme and original logo. I redesigned the logo so that it would be consistent across all the games and could be customized to fit the respective theme. This consistency helped with the look and feel of the game as well as cutting down on production time without loosing the creative look and feel.
