Many of the resources are freely available - others are accessed through school/library subscriptions.

Access membership of the State Library is free to anyone living in Victoria and gives you access to thousands of e-resources. You can sign up here - complete the quick online form to create a username and password for instant access. Find our more about resources to support VCE English here. Useful resources offered by the SLV for Literature include AustLit and Gale Literature.
JSTOR is a digital library of academic journals, books, and primary sources. It has great coverage for Literature. As well as accessing it though the State Library, some content is open access (free) - and if you create a personal account you can access up to 100 articles a month for free.
