To have a cub/kitten grown you will message the artist who did the design! Then they will grow the cub/kitten for you. Some artists may grow them as soon as they hit the three week mark, but they are not required to, some may wait until you request them grown (in case of story reasons you may want to keep them younger)

When the artist posts accepting the ticket.

If it is a first come first serve slot, (or, limited amount of entries) than No.
If it is a raffle/ or extended slot, you can edit ONLY UNTIL the artist closes the slots. If edited after slots are closed, it will disqualify the ticket.

Yes, however many you like. HOWEVER, if the accessories are large, there must be a reference without them.

No, you need at least a medium myo for unnatural colors. This is to maintain them being special/more unusual than other adopts.
