This can only be done in NEW courses that haven't started yet. This is because it will delete any and all submissions by students when the cross-listing is done. It will also delete all grades.

Synergy will allow you to set how grades are configured. Click here to see how you can set Synergy to round the student's average.
Synergy will show you all of a student's grades in all classes as long as all teachers are correctly syncing to synergy.
Synergy will allow you to drop the lowest score in a category. For example, if you want to drop the lowest assessment score for each student.
