The Joint Committee for Social Actions (COPAS Ispra-Seville) defines policy for social actions in Ispra and Seville on the basis of collective and individual social needs.
The Joint Committee for Social Actions (COPAS Ispra-Seville) defines policy for social actions in Ispra and Seville on the basis of collective and individual social needs.
COPAS also sets the policy and principles of managing the social facilities (canteen, clubhouse, sports, nursery, housing, etc.) after consulting the relevant committees, and may also issue opinions on the functioning of social services and on projects for construction, planning and maintenance of the social structures.
COPAS supports socio-cultural, sports and leisure activities, which may be supported by credits granted to COPAS annually, and allocated to the various recognised clubs.
