AT&T email settings for Outlook

Outlook guide to setup AT&T mail
1 Start Outlook, click the File tab and click in the category information Account Settings
2 Click in the tab Email on New.
3 Switch on Server Settings and click Next.
4 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:
Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your AT&T email address.
5 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:
Incoming e-mail: imap.mai.att.net
Incoming port: 993
Outgoing e-mail: smtp.mail.att.net
Outgoing port: 465
6 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:
E-mail: your AT&T email-adress
Password: your AT&T email-password
Login with security: ssl
7 Click on Test Account Settings. If all goes well, click next and then finish.
Bellsouth Email Settings for Outlook
Follow the steps to setting up the Bellsouth email with Outlook –
Open the Outlook account. Now click on ‘File’ and then ‘Add Account’.
Select the option ‘Manual configure server settings or additional server types’ and then ‘Next’. Select ‘Next’ as the Setup Wizard happens to open. When asked the question ‘Would you like to configure an E-mail Account?’, select ‘Yes’.
Enter the name and Bellsouth email address.
Now select ‘IMAP or POP’ and select ‘Next’.
The POP3 details for ‘Incoming mail server’ will be ‘pop.mail.yahoo.com’. For ‘Outgoing mail (SMTP) server’ it will be ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.com’.
Now enter the Username and the Password.
Select ‘More Settings’ and select the checkboxes for ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’ and ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’.
Now select the ‘Advanced’ tab and enter the Incoming server port number for POP3 as ‘995’. The Outgoing Server (SMTP) port will be ‘465’.
Select ‘SSL’ for ‘Use the following type of encrypted connection’.
Now select ‘OK’ and the ‘Next’. If the test passes, select ‘Finish’. Check all the settings again if the test fails.
