Specialists are the first official leadership position in the command hierarchy. They're in charge of commanding hunts of cadets and are the most connected with their cadets. 

Corporals are the next jump up from specialists, these people serve a similar role to specialists except are typically in charge of far more responsibilities.

They've proven themselves to outshine their peers, a lot of them are older and find themselves commanding larger sections into conflict at the benefit of the Northeast Union & its Triumvir.

A counterpart of the Specialist rank for the Foreign Legion, holding the first official leadership position within their own hierarchy. They hold the same command abilities, leading hunts and small detachments. They are the most connected with their Legionnaires.

Brigadiers that have proven themselves in the field and are far more experienced then their brethren below them. 

The next jump from Brigadier, and an equal to the Corporal rank. They hold more responsibility, though keep a similar role to Brigadier.

A slight step up from a Maréchal, these soldiers have proven themselves worthy as a Section Leader in the Foreign Legion.

Senior members of the Foreign Legion, they have proven themselves to their peers and the ones above them. They are the equivalent of a Sergeant in the Reclamation Army. 

A veteran member of the Hilltop Group, Overseers are the main field command element above operatives. Having shown their dedication to the PMC, an Overseer is trusted enough by the rest of command to lead their fellow operatives into battle.

Factors are battle-tested operatives of the Hilltop PMC that have earned as many scars in battle as they have victories. The Factor role is typically filled with figures that are violent in nature, and is a title that has been done by elected a pool of candidates for the role and selecting them to fight in a Bloodsport competition. The last one standing is usually the victor.

Proxies serve as one of the primary representative for their respective detachments, and along with facing intense conflict have to face even more intense administration tasks. They have remained within the unit extensively, and have gradually but tactically worked their way up the ranks to remain at their position.

Frontiersmen premiers are the head of an NEU frontier settlement, but otherwise equivalent to other frontiersmen. They only hold power within their settlement, but are often respected community members for fellow NEU citizens.

The frontiersman auxiliary is the right hand of the NEU governor, coordinating day to day operations of the NEU frontiersmen program in region.
