Combat lifesavers encompass a large portion of USRF medical personnel, and act as the right hand of servicemen participating in field operations. When servicemen face injury and death on the battlefield, combat lifesavers resuscitate and keep cadets alive until the support of combat medics arrive.

TIER 1 | Medical Role
Combat medics are the secondary medical personnel that any servicemen will see when facing treatment. Combat medics will deal with any wounds that the combat lifesavers have not immediately treated while trying to stabilize the patient, or continue treating to increase the patient's survivability. Depending on the situation, combat medics will either be carried out on a patrol or kept within the confines of the Black Mountain.

If a wound is extremely critical, a serviceman will be pushed forward towards a surgeon. As the name implies, surgeons operate within of the confines of Black Mountain to treat very serious wounds that require intense medical procedures and instruments. While surgeons often operate out of very sanitary field hospitals, it's not impossible for them to be rushed to the front of a battle to help when no one else can.

These technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining cybernetics, both on an individual and before their use. Cybernetic technicians also help install the plethora of different cyberwear onto their users, and often help the user run through physical therapy with it as well.
