They've got some experience under their belt and know their way around the battlefield. This role serves as a backbone to the NEU's Armed Forces.

A bit smarter than your average cadet, these people have proven themselves in the line of duty worthy of a pay raise and responsibility jump. 

Seasoned veterans of the field, they know their way around the USRF's strict guidelines and every inch of the battlefield. Most Cadets who earn the title C1C are on their way to becoming the next of Field Leadership for those beneath them.

Akin to a Cadet but a little more outside the box. These grunts have found themselves coming from just about everywhere except the Northeast Union and are ready to fight for a chance at a better life.

Those who fall under the Foreign Legion Initiative and have proven themselves beyond their peers to their commanders and have completed  the first step in what many legionnaires call the 'Proving Grounds.' Its the second step of many on ones journey to becoming an official citizen of the union

Legionnaires that have proven their worth to their superiors in being a key asset to the Foreign Legion. They are the chosen few that have a chance to become a Brigadier. 

Hailing from a diverse set of backgrounds, Operatives are quite the unique composition within the PMC's ranks, some of them are newbies, veterans or felons that put their past and differences aside for the contract with the company.
