Standard role for all Law Authority Officers. They specialize in nothing, but are trained to be on par with regular USRF infantrymen. They are the most common type of Law Authority Officer you can find. Usually at the forefront of raids, officers with ballistic shields or Tempest L1s can be seen acting as breachers.

Investigators are Law Authority Officers trained heavily in forensic gathering. They’re commonly seen with search parties in the field to gather important material, more oftenly residing within their offices to research collected evidence from crime scenes. Occasionally, mutants can be seen within this role, handling cases pertaining to mutant citizens or service members.
