Please refer to your Exhibitor Portal for both the Shipping Form (to be filled out by you, the Exhibitor) as well as the Shipping Packet (which you may share with your shipper) and the link to sign up for a dock time.

Exhibitors are not required to use Cadogan Tate, but those who do will receive expedited crate return at the end of the fair.

Your packages must be guaranteed to arrive at the following address between Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30. Packages arriving prior to November 29 will be refused. Please ensure your gallery name and booth number are clearly labeled on all incoming packages.

Shippers must sign up for a dock time using the following link (SIGN UP FOR A LOAD IN TIME HERE). Trucks and personal vehicles will be instructed on where to park and unload upon their arrival. Shippers will have roughly 30 minutes to unload their vehicle and then will need to remove their vehicle from the unload zone.

Please be aware of potential charges that can be incurred through shipping:
Receiving improperly constructed crates ($100 per crate)
Oversized/Overweight freight handling ($200 per item)
Gallery property or artwork left on site after 5pm on December 8 ($500)
Late freight delivery/pick up ($100 per item)

LOAD IN & INSTALLATION

Sunday, November 30 9am – 7pm
Monday, December 1 9am – 7pm

Upon your arrival, please visit the exhibitor check-in desk, located at the main entrance off of 12th Street, to collect your welcome kit and exhibitor badges. You may visit the service desk with any needs or questions throughout installation. Once the fair is open, please visit the show office with any questions.

Installation Tools & Equipment
There are no tools or hardware onsite. Exhibitors are responsible for opening their own crates, unpacking their artwork and installing artwork in their booth themselves. Please be prepared with all tools (such as drills and ladders), as nothing will be available to borrow or rent onsite.

Empty Crates
The fair will store your empty crates for the duration of the fair and bring them back to your booth after the fair closes on Sunday evening. Please note that exhibitors will not have access to empty crates during the show.

De-Installation
A separate email will be sent once the fair begins with all details regarding de-installation and load out. Material manifest forms will be placed in your booth Sunday morning. You may visit the Show Office at any time for questions regarding load out.

LOAD OUT

Sunday, December 7 5pm – 10pm
Monday, December 8 8am – 12pm*

*All booths must be de-installed by 10:00pm on Sunday, December 7.
*All artworks must be removed from the tent by 5pm on Monday, December 8.

You may not begin de-installing until 5pm when the fair officially closes. Security will immediately commence clearing the public out of the space and empty crates will begin to be returned to booths. We estimate 3 hours for the return of all empties.

Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth load out.

On Sunday night before you leave the fair, please complete a material manifest form provided by the production team and return the top copy to the service desk. Leave the middle copy on your freight in your booth. The bottom copy is yours.
- If you will be transferring any freight to another booth, you will need to complete a Gallery-to-Gallery Transfer form and turn it in with your material manifest form
When you return the material manifest to the service desk, a representative from the fair will return to your booth with you to complete a booth check out.
- The booth will be checked for damages and to ensure that all freight is labeled correctly. Exhibitors will be required to sign off on any damages found. Please refer to the below section for potential damage charges.
Failure to check out with fair staff or complete a manifest form will result in a $500 charge.

Any freight left on the floor after 5pm on Monday, December 8, will be subject to mandatory removal to a storage facility at the expense of the Exhibitor in addition to a $500 fee. Any freight company that has not completed freight removal by said deadline will be liable for the following expenses:

Complete security protection for the entire exhibition hall
Removal, storage and insurance of Exhibitor freight
Service charge of 15% on unpaid removal & security charges
Untitled Art legal fees in cases of legal disputes.
