ART STORAGE

Art Storage is available for purchase. You may find and order it via the online store within the Exhibitor Portal. Please note that art storage will be located through a 2.5' by 6.5' doorway. All artwork or items must be able to fit through that doorway in order to be stored. All items must be able to fit in the storage space that you purchase. Please see the online store for exact sizes.  

Exhibitors are responsible for any of their items in storage. Untitled Art will not be responsible for any thefts or damages.

BADGES

Badges are used to identify Exhibitor teams on-site, allowing for ease of entry throughout the run of fair. Please note, for security purposes, badges are reserved only for individuals working in your booth. For presenting artists who will be joining you in Miami, you may submit their information for an Artist Badge, please see instructions on the badge form found within your portal.

If you have additional team members or artists attending the fair, please use your VIP submission form to secure them a VIP pass, which allows for unlimited entry throughout the run of fair. The VIP submission form can be found with further instructions on your Exhibitor Portal.

DRAYAGE

EMPTY stickers will be provided to you upon check in. Please use these stickers to label any crates or shipping materials that you would like stored during the fair. Once your empty containers are labeled with the stickers, fair staff will circulate throughout the tent during set up to collect them. Please do not store artwork or other valuable items in empty crates. Please note that exhibitors will NOT have access to empties during the fair. They will be returned to your booth on Sunday night after the fair closes. We estimate 3 hours to complete the return of all empties.

PAYMENT & SALES TAX

Fifty percent of total booth rental is due August 19; the final fifty percent is due October 15, 2025.

No Exhibitor shall be allowed to move into the Show unless full payments have been made prior to move-in date. Exhibitor shall remain liable for the full balance of the rental price under the Exhibitor Application Agreement and any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, if any. 

Florida Sales Tax:

Sales Tax in Dade County, Florida is 7%

Any sales made to Florida residents and/or carried out of the Untitled Art Pavilion are subject to 7% sales tax. This rule applied if you are a Florida-based, United States-based, or internationally-based dealer. Articles for re-sale are not taxed, provided that a valid resale card is filed by you and signed by the purchaser.

Please note that liability insurance does not cover property damage.  We strongly suggest purchasing separate property insurance to cover your artworks from damage or theft.

You are reminded that adequate liability insurance during the Fair is mandatory (including during installation/deinstallation, load-in/load-out). Under the Terms of your Contract, you are responsible for insuring against legal liability incurred in respect of bodily injury to third parties or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditure against Cancellation and Abandonment or Curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control. Once you have adequate insurance coverage in place, please complete the contract notifying us of your insurer and return it to us by the specified date. 

SECURITY

Security at Untitled Art is a priority. The fair organizers have put forth a special effort to ensure a level of security consistent with all international fairs. Untitled Art will provide perimeter security during the hours of the show. In addition, Untitled Art will make available upon request unarmed private security officers or off duty police officers who may be present during the fair and/or during non-fair hours at the Exhibitors cost of $70.00 per hour.

Merchandise Removal:
All items that are taken out of the exhibition hall must be accompanied by a Merchandise Security Pass prior to being allowed to leave the premises. This applies to move-in, move-out and during the show. Only those signatures on the Removal Authorization Form completed at registration will be accepted by the Security Staff. The forms will be available at registration and at the show office.

A few simple precautions can help reduce the risk of theft or disappearance:
- Immediately verify with your shipper that you have received all packages shipped. Count the number of packages shipped upon departure. Report any shortages to your shipper immediately.
- Do not leave anything besides the artworks in the booth overnight.
- Remove all valuables (cameras, laptops, phones, iPads, speakers, etc.) from your booth during non-show hours.
- Pack your entire exhibit as soon as the de-installation period begins.
- Report any instances of theft or disappearance immediately to Untitled Art Management or Show Security.
- During show hours have one of your staff members in the booth at all times.
- Be prepared to fill out Merchandise Security Passes any time you leave the exhibit hall with items.
- You must not leave your booth unattended during load-in and load-out.
- Ensure you are adequately insured with General Liability & Product Liability.
- Report anything suspicious to Untitled Art Management or Show Security.
