Submitting the final booth payment and all forms is the only way to Gain Access on Check-In Day.
Exhibitors who have not paid all outstanding balances will not be permitted onto the show floor until payment has been received.
November 3: VIP Names Registration (link on your Exhibitor Portal login)
November 7: Prize Submission Deadline (please email exhibitors@untitledartfairs.com)
December 7: Material Manifest
Only after submitting the above items will you or your shipper be granted a Window Pass to Load Out.

8AM - 9PM: Freight Deliveries. Only shippers will be allowed on the premises at this time.
Sunday, November 30
8AM - 5PM: Freight Deliveries continued. (Last day for freight deliveries).
9AM - 7PM: Exhibitor Registration and Booth Set Up
4PM: Committee Walkthrough. (Gallery Personnel must be present)
Monday, December 1
9AM - 7PM: Exhibitor Registration and Booth Set Up. All booths must be completely set up by 7PM.
1PM: Committee Walkthrough. (Gallery Personnel must be present)
8PM-11PM: Exhibitor Party
Tuesday, December 2
8AM - 10AM: Exhibitor Access. No set up allowed.
10AM - 7PM: VIP and Press Preview
Wednesday, December 3 - Saturday, December 6
10AM - 11AM: Exhibitor Access
11AM - 7PM: General Admission
Sunday, December 7
10AM - 11AM: Exhibitor Access
11AM - 5PM: General Admission
5PM - 8PM: Empty Crate Return
5PM - 10PM: Booth De-Install and Load Out
Monday, December 8
8AM - 12PM: Booth De-install
8AM - 5PM: Freight load out. All freight must be removed from the fair by 5pm. Additional fees will apply to any freight left after 5pm.
