U.S.A. National Organic Program Certified Labels

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) establishes and enforces organic standards for foods produced in the U.S.A. under the National Organic Program (NOP). They are also responsible for accrediting certifiers. Certifiers are third party organizations and some State’s departments of Agriculture that certify organic operations and enforce the regulations.

Below are accredited agencies capable of certifying products under the National Organic Program. A USDA certified seal may be accompanied by the certifying agencies label. By clicking on the labels below you will be taken to that agencies website. You may notice that some labels are from state government agencies while others are private organizations.
