We are a group of mindfulness researchers and practitioners at the University of Macau and collaborative institutions. Our mission is to better understand mindfulness through research and practice, and to share mindfulness skills to improve human resilience and wellbeing in Higher Education.
我們是一群在澳門大學及其他大學的靜觀研究員和教師。我們的使命是通過研究和教學更好地理解並教授靜觀技能,以提高大學生的身心健康。
靜觀(也稱正念)是一種經過科學驗證的改善身心健康的技能。它起源於古代的智慧,而現代以靜觀為基礎的課程,如MBSR, MBCT, MBCL/MSC, IMP, 是世俗的、科學的、和基於證據的。

Corpus linguistic and discourse analytic studies of landmark Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy clinical trials, examining how mindfulness practice unfolds in therapeutic interaction and contributes to reduced depression relapse;
Integrating mindfulness into university English language education to enhance learning and wellbeing;
The World Meditation Survey, an international collaboration investigating how meditation experiences are described and understood across cultures and contemplative traditions.
