Who We Are

Sarah Stewart-Smith is a recruitment consultant; discovering that was unable to work for anyone else, she started her own London-based agency at the age of 24 and ran it for 30 years. She leads the matching side of what we do.

Kate Hogan is an event and project manager, specialising in charity fundraising: she has helped to raise over £1 million in recent years. Prior to this, dor over a decade, she worked at UBS as a private client wealth manager. She leads the visa applications side of what we do.

Jonathan Jong is a priest in the Church of England, based just south of Midhurst in three parishes under the Downs. He leads the admin, data, and tech side ofthings here, and is also available to offer pastoral support to both hosts and guests.
