We are not really an organisation, but as we do collect information via short questionnaires, we thought it best to say something about how your data is treated.

• Through our questionnaires and conversations with you, we collect your name and contact details, and—if you are registering to host/sponsor—some details about the accommodation on offer, which may be your home.

• We collect this information so that we can (a) match Ukrainians to UK residents, and (b) add you to WhatsApp support groups, and (c) contact you for further information.

• All the data we collect is stored in Google Sheets, which only we can access.

• You have various rights over the data we have about you. You may ask that we send you your data, delete it, correct it, and restrict its usage.
