Artificial Intelligence (AI) creates music by using machine learning algorithms that analyze and understand patterns in existing music data. The machine learning model is trained on a dataset of music that is similar to the type of music that the user wants to generate. The model then uses this training data to generate new music that is similar in style, rhythm, and harmony to the original music.
One of the most popular AI music generation techniques is known as "neural networks." Neural networks function by examining the patterns present in the music and utilizing this information to produce novel melodies and harmonies. The neural network consists of several layers of artificial neurons, which process and manipulate the music data. Through this process of analysis and manipulation, the neural network is able to generate new music that is unique and original, yet still follows the rules of music theory.
As AI continues to advance, we can expect even more sophisticated and realistic music generation techniques, which could transform the way we think about and experience music.

These AI music generators can be a great way for students to explore their musical creativity and experiment with different styles and sounds. They can also be used to enhance presentations, videos, and other projects, making them more engaging and dynamic.
AIVA (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Artist): This is an AI-powered music composer that can generate original compositions based on the user's preferences. Students can choose the genre, mood, and tempo of the music they want to create and the AI will generate a unique piece of music.
Jukedeck: This platform uses AI to create custom music tracks for videos, presentations, and other projects. Students can choose the length, style, and mood of the music they want to create, and the AI will generate a unique track.
A.I. Experiments by Google: This is a collection of AI-powered music tools that allows students to experiment with different sounds and effects. They can create music using machine learning algorithms, or use AI to generate lyrics and melodies.

After exploring the tools above, use one of them to create a piece of music that is 1 minute in length for your video project.

then create your own background music using one of the music generators
