For this project, I learned how to ethically share each of the 4 types of media and credit them.

This is a picture I took of the SECU Stadium in College Park, MD. It was taken on a Kodak PixPro and I did not need resize or reformat it to upload it onto this portfolio. I did not edit the image and it came directly from my own camera. The license: CC BY 4.0 means anyone is able to share or adapt this image as long as there is attribution.
This audio sample is one I found on a site called Voicy. I picked it because it is from my favorite show Attack on Titan. An audio file is the digital recording and preservation of an sound in the form of MP3 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3). In order to add this audio, I had to download it into my google drive and embed it into this page.
I could not find the licensing information or sharing limitations, so this audio is credited to the original creator, Attack on Titan (2013) © MAPPA / Kodansha, accessed via user ishaal_qureshi.
On the left is an animation or 'gif' of a sleeping cat from the website Wikimedia Commons . I selected it because I adore cats and think they are so cute.
This piece of media was shared under the CC BY-SA 3.0 license. That means everyone is free to:
to share – to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to remix – to adapt the work
Under the following conditions:
attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
share alike – If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same or compatible license as the original.

This is an example of an embedded video.
The video is a short clip from the recent episode of the extremely long series 'One Piece,' It shows the main character, Luffy, during an important fight in the series. I chose it because it has a beautiful animation and is a great example of how beautiful videos can be.

In the lesson, I learned that there are 4 different types of media and they all have their unique file types. I learned the creative commons licenses such as 'BY' meaning credit must be given to the creator and 'SA' meaning adaptations must be shared under the same terms.
