Solid State NEB calculations are for phase changes(?)

The steps are the same as the climbing image NEB simulations however the INCAR file is modified as follows:

ISIF = 3

IBRION = 3

ISYM = 0

POTIM = 0

EDIFFG = -1

NEB

ICHAIN = 0

IMAGES = #images

SPRING = -5

LCLIMB = .TRUE.

LSCALAPACK = .FALSE.

IOPT = 3 or 7

LNEBCELL = .TRUE.
