This award goes to someone who has shown incredible sportsmanship, encouragement and positivity to the N Team this season. She is approachable, supportive and always ready to cheer her teammates on. She consistently shows up with her best attitude, backs her teammates, and makes everyone around her feel supported and valued. Her genuine positivity has made such a difference both on and off the court. Seeing the team vote for her to receive this award makes me proud that she was selected to be the team captain. 

MOST CONSISTENT PLAYER: GEORGIA HOULT

This award goes to someone who may be one of the quietest members of the team, but has certainly made one of the loudest impacts on the court. Throughout the season, she has been incredibly consistent, giving her best whether she’s playing in attack or defence. You could always count on her to be there, ready to pick up a loose ball, create an opportunity or make something happen for the team. Quietly going about her business, working hard and making a difference every time she steps on court, she has been a key part of this team all season.

PLAYER OF THE YEAR: BRIANNA TAYLOR

Throughout the season, she has been an absolute force to be reckoned with. Consistently putting in the work and making an incredible number of intercepts, turnovers and blocks. What makes her such a deserving MVP is her positive presence on and off the court, always showing up to the games and training, encouraging and cheering for her teammates and boosting everyone's mood along the way. She has been a player you can always rely on and an absolute delight to coach. Whether she’s shutting down the opposition in defence or stepping up at the shooting end, she always gives it her all and never seems to have an off game. An all-round incredible player and a very deserving recipient.
