PLAYERS PLAYER: STELLA JAMES

Stella is the perfect example of a true Players’ Player, and we completely agree with her teammates' choice for this award. She is a bubbly, supportive and welcoming teammate who always makes those around her feel included and valued. On court, she has been an incredibly strong defensive player this season, while constantly encouraging and supporting her teammates — even if she is sometimes the loudest in the room! Stella’s positive attitude, team spirit and ability to bring people together make her an invaluable part of our team.

MOST CONSISTENT: CLAUDIA BRENT

Claudia has been the definition of consistency this season. Despite trialling in a completely different position, she has stepped up and become a consistently strong and dependable force in our defensive end. Every game, she brings the same level of effort, focus and determination, and we know exactly what we are going to get from her when she takes the court. She is always willing to put in the work, support those around her and do whatever the team needs. Her reliability and commitment have made her an invaluable part of our team this season. Claudia has been an absolute pleasure to coach and is incredibly deserving of this award.

Sara has been a standout player this season, giving 100% every time she steps onto the court. She’s relentless in chasing every ball and going for every intercept, while always supporting and encouraging her teammates. Sara has been an incredible asset to the team, and we always know that when she takes the court, she has the ability to change the game. She has been a pleasure to coach and thoroughly deserves this recognition.
