SET UP
On Sunday morning, help assemble the sleeping rooms, arrange tables, chairs and any other furniture.There will be some heavy lifting involved. Put the beds into the sleeping rooms and dress with pillows, sheets & blankets.
DINNER HOST
Set up dining area. Prepare and share dinner with guests. Help prepare lunches for next day. Clean up dining area and kitchen.
EVENING HOST
Play with children, including planning and leading some structured activities. Coordinators can suggest ideas. Also socialize & interact with adults. Clean up and put away games, organize toy closet.
OVERNIGHT HOST
NEW: OVERNIGHT VOLUNTEERS MUST BE VIRTUS TRAINED! Sleep overnight in parish hall. Children to bed 9 PM, adults 10 PM. Wake guests 6 AM. Turn on coffee, set out breakfast. Guests leave 7 AM. Quick clean.
TAKE DOWN
Move furniture back, disassemble and store sleeping rooms, mop floors, empty trash, organize toy/storage closet, empty and wipe out refrigerator, wash any dishes.
