CAMPUS MINISTRY STAFF

Holly O'Hara

Campus Minister

Hi y'all—I'm Holly! I am so excited to join the pastoral team at St. Monica St. George as a Campus Minister for the Newman Center. Through my ministry, I hope to offer welcome, support, and spiritual strength to each and every student I meet, and then to encourage them to do the same for the next person. Together, we can build a culture of care and compassion—a kingdom, if you will—right here on campus!

I am new to the Cincinnati area, originally from just north of Detroit, Michigan, so I am open to any local recommendations or insights for what's good. My interests include all things beautiful, peace-building, Christian community, Catholic Social Teaching, and growing always deeper in relationship with God who is love & unity.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Theology in 2015 as well as my Master of Arts in Theology in 2017, both from University of Notre Dame. While completing my Masters Degree, I worked in ministry at a parish in Southern New Jersey through the Echo Catechetical Leadership Program. I have been blessed to study abroad in Dublin, Ireland; teach high school in rural Ghana, and research design solutions in Johannesburg, South Africa.

For now, I'm excited to settle into Cincinnati & fully embrace the MoGo community!

Michael Schreiner

Campus Minister

Having found my own calling to be a campus ministry through my experience at the Newman Parish I attended at the University of Florida, I feel extremely blessed to be at St. Monica-St. George and working with the students at UC. I feel in some small way, I am paying back for the blessings I received. My areas of interest include social justice, scripture study, faith formation, evangelization and service.

I have a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Florida and I have a Master of Divinity from Weston Jesuit School of Theology (now Boston College School of Theology and Ministry). Prior to coming to St. Monica-St. George I worked in campus ministry at M.I.T. and St. Louis University. I have been at St. MoGo since 2004.

I live with my wife, Amy, and our three children (Henry, Sam, and Lily) in Bond Hill with our dog Randi Mudge.
