Despite our nation’s rapid development , the number of homeless people in Malaysia has increased. Is there anything that can be done to address this problem? Discuss
The rapid boom in the nation economy is definitely a boom for us . Nevertheless, it leaves some citizen lagging behind in term of house ownership. The huge number of homeless people in Malaysia are also alarming. Here are some solution that can be used to tackle this problem .
There should be adequate job opportunities for all people . The job opportunities should be equal for everyone regardless of one education background. This is important to ensure that everyone has access to job and would not be a burden to the country. When they are employed, they will have a means to pay for a place to stay . Homeless do not need to worry about the weather as they can now afford a shelter over their head.
Housing should be made affordable for all of its citizen . The government can collaborate with private company to build affordable home for everyone. The government can sell idle land at subsidised rate so that company can sell it at a cheaper rate . The next hurdle which is prevalent in Malaysia is the exorbitant rate charged by bank on home loan . The home loan is often very restrictive for the general public. Government can helps to alleviate this by introducing cheap home loan for first-time home buyers. Not only that, more affordable apartments or flats should be constructed in big cities so that more city dwellers can have roof over their head.
We should have more courses on financial management and crisis management . The proportion of people who are poor with their finance are just alarming . A great proportion of the people become bankrupt as they do not manage their finance and loans carefully . If they enroll in financial literacy class, they would be better in controlling their credit . They would also have reserves to tide them during the difficult moments.
Homeless people should also be taught ways to upgrade their skills. All of us know that the skill that you learnt during the school may become obsolete by the time you reach the market. For example, the ability to write letter may be important in the past but is useless in the current world. Therefore, it is important that they upgrade their knowledge whenever they can . When they upgrade their skill, they would be able to command a better pay . When they get a better pay , they would be able to get a better home.
The steps mentioned above are some of the effective methods which can be deployed to solve homeless issues in Malaysia. If we start to act early , we could eliminate homeless people issues in Malaysia.
Here is the sample of today's lesson. If you like it, please dm me so that we can give you comprehensive information about ways to upgrade your grade . Just click here for Home .

All of us are usually very tired and lead a sedentary lifestyle especially after a day at work or a day in school. We prefer to lie on the couch watching television and doing nothing . This is bad and exercise will be one of the effective way to keep you healthy . Exercise helps you stay in shape and burn excess fat in your body . Most people are having problem as they do not exercise . They are short of breath after climbing a flight of stairs. This is where exercise will helps you to build up on your endurance and keep you healthy . You will be surprised that you no longer feel tired after walking up a flight of stairs .
In addition to that , exercise helps us to improve blood circulation and increases oxygen reuptake by our body . A person who exercise regularly also finds that they are less prone to sickness . They are less likely to fall sick or tired easily too. This indirectly helps them to concentrate better on their task . In here, I have illustrated the win-win benefits of doing exercise during your free time.
