Facility Features, Working Principle, and Specifications:
Modular design with high productivity, expanded capabilities, and superior performance.
Includes Eluent Generator (EG) for high-purity eluent generation, supporting Reagent-Free Ion Chromatography (RFIC).
Single Pump (SP) or Dual Pump (DP) configurations for isocratic or gradient applications, supporting standard-bore and microbore columns.
AS Autosampler supports up to 110 vials (9mL or 22mL) for automated analysis with overlapping thermostatting for maximum throughput.
Detector/Chromatography (DC) module for precise detection.
Ion chromatography separates ions and polar molecules based on their charge using a liquid mobile phase and a stationary phase. The ICS-3000 uses electrolytic eluent generation to produce high-purity eluents, enabling gradient separations as easily as isocratic ones. The system employs conductivity detection or other detectors to identify and quantify ions.
Modular system with EG-1, SP-1, AS-1, and DC-1 modules.
Dual-system support for simultaneous analyses.
Precise control of mobile phase mixing and flow rates.
Environmental analysis (e.g., water quality, anion/cation analysis).
Pharmaceutical and food safety testing.
Industrial process monitoring.
