Mentoring is a supportive conversation focused on you, with the option of disability-informed guidance. It’s a safe space to talk openly, explore challenges, and gain clarity with someone who listens without judgement.
Our mentoring and disability support can help with:
• Feeling lonely, isolated, or disconnected
• Managing stress, life pressures, or challenges related to disability
• Building confidence, independence, and self-belief
• Navigating change, uncertainty, or transitions
• Setting personal goals and planning next steps
One-to-one sessions with a trained volunteer mentor
Sessions guided by your needs and goals
Flexible, person-centred support
Delivered in a calm and respectful way
You decide what you want to talk about and how the sessions are used.
Our mentoring and disability support is for adults who:
• Want someone to talk things through with
• Are facing challenges in everyday life, including those related to disability
• Would benefit from encouragement, guidance, and practical advice
• Are not currently in crisis but need ongoing support and understanding.
Our mentoring is completely free. We believe that support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.
We currently support people in and around the West Midlands area.
TS Mentoring does not provide therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you need specialist or urgent support, we will help signpost you to appropriate services.
