At TS Mentoring, we provide free, confidential disability support and advice designed around you. We understand that life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re experiencing isolation, loneliness, daily challenges related to disability, pressure, or uncertainty — and you don’t have to face it alone. We are here to offer understanding, practical guidance, and supportive mentoring tailored to your individual needs.
Our core service is one-to-one mentoring and disability support, offering a safe and supportive space to talk openly. Sessions are guided by your individual needs and focus on what matters most to you.
Mentoring and disability support can help you with:
• Feeling isolated or lonely
• Managing stress, life pressures, or challenges related to disability
• Building confidence, independence, and self-belief
• Navigating personal, health, or life changes
• Finding clarity, direction, and practical ways forward.
We understand that every person’s experience of disability is different. That’s why our support is flexible, inclusive, and person-centred. There’s no pressure and no fixed agenda — disability support is shaped around you, your needs, and your circumstances.
You are always in control of:
• What you talk about
• The type of support and advice you access
• Your pace, choices, and personal goals
e offer a disability-friendly friendship group for adults who want to connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment. This group is designed to reduce loneliness, encourage social inclusion, and create a strong sense of belonging for people living with disabilities.
Our friendship group provides:
• A welcoming, inclusive, and judgement-free space
• Opportunities to meet others with shared experiences or similar challenges
• Supportive conversations and shared experiences
• Community connection and social engagement
Participation is voluntary, informal, and delivered with care, respect, and understanding of individual needs.
Sometimes you don’t need a full mentoring session — just someone to check in with. Our disability check-in support offers light-touch contact to see how you’re doing, helping you feel supported, connected, and encouraged when you need it most.
Check-ins can help with:
• Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or struggling with day-to-day challenges related to disability
• Staying connected and supported between sessions
• Having someone who notices, listens, and cares
• Receiving gentle encouragement, reassurance, and practical support
