• [03/2025] We moved to Tech Unversity of Korea (TUKorea). The Principal Investigator, Sung-Hwan Choi, has transitioned from KITECH (Korea Institute of Industrial Technology) to a faculty position in the Department of Semiconductor Engineering at Tech University of Korea. 

• [02/2025] Min-Soo Park, an undergraduate student in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Hanyang University's Erica Campus, has completed his second semester of national working scholarship program starting in September 2024, and will be ending on February 28. We hope that only good things will happen in his future undergraduate life.

• [12/2024] TSEDL's JiSoo Lee, who has been studying ferroelectric capacitors and FeFET devices and process technology in our lab for two years, will start her first career as a (full-time) process engineer at Wonik IPS in January before graduating with a master's degree in February 2025. Congratulations! Congratulations again on your graduation, and I wish you continued success in your new company.

• [12/2024] Student NaEun Lee changed her field of interest from semiconductor device/pre-process to semiconductor post-process/packaging, and began researching the FCBGA Si chip bonding magnetic induction soldering process under the guidance of Dr. Minsu Kim of the Regional Industry Innovation Division of Incheon Biotechnology Institute of Intelligent Root Technology. We wish her continued success in her future research.

• [05/2023] HanSeul Jeong changed her field of interest from semiconductor devices/pre-process to stretchable electrodes and thin film/laser process, and began researching stretchable electrodes and thin film/laser process under the guidance of Dr. Chanwoo Yang of the Eco-friendly Thermal Surface Treatment Research Department at Incheon Biotechnology Research Institute. We wish her continued success in her future research.

• [02/2023] Han Choi, an undergraduate student in the Department of Materials and Chemical Engineering at Hanyang University's Erica Campus, has completed his one-semester national working scholarship program that began in September 2022, ending on February 13.

• [02/2023] Ph.D Student Yeri Kim changed her field of interest from semiconductor devices/pre-processing to semiconductor post-processing, and began researching the new field of semiconductor post-processing/bonding under the guidance of Dr. Dongjin Kim of the Microjoining Center at Incheon Biotechnology Research Institute. We wish her continued success in her future research.
